The property was beautiful and well-maintained. The view from the hot tub was amazing and even though the pool was an unusual shape, it worked really well and was heated to a perfect temperature. One of the best parts of all was the property management. Megan was extremely responsive and went out of her way to make sure everything worked for us. Wonderful place for a family vacation :-)

Picturesque. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt like we were at a private boutique hotel. Amazing sunsets! 3 rooms next to each other, very private separated master suite, and another very private separated suite. Room separation layout worked out well for our group. Location was great for driving to different areas in San Diego. The stay was perfect - linens and beds and showers were very comfortable. Very responsive and helpful hosts! The home is uniquely built with multiple levels horizontally - which means you are constantly doing a lot of stairs which can be difficult for older people but worked out okay for us.

Great spot for a family gathering!

We had three generations on our trip and had a delightful stay. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and there were comfy gathering spots for everyone to come together. The kitchen was well stocker. The pool and hot tub were a big hit too.

Great Stay for SoCal Golf

House worked out great for buddy golf trip. We used the kitchen, patio with BBQ grill and hot tub/pool every day. Quiet neighborhood, chill town (for better or worse, nearly everything is closed by 10 PM on weeknights).

Beautiful property!

Hard to believe, but the pictures of the view are 100% accurate. The property was beautiful, near activities in La Jolla and San Diego. The pool was fantastic for a quick dip to cool off, and the hot tub was nice As well. Everyone in the family had a great time!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Jolla. The house is located in a great spot for exploring La Jolla, San Diego and the surrounding areas. Downtown La Jolla is actually a lot closer than it looks and it only took us 20 minutes to walk there. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets and towels were nice. There are a lot of nice outdoor dining and sitting areas on the property to enjoy dinner outside or just sit back and enjoy watching the sun set. This was the perfect place for the eight of us to celebrate Christmas & New Years.

A perfect place to spend holidays with our family

The property was spacious with so many places to be together or be alone! The outdoor area was like being at a resort: pool, hot tub,fireplace. The kitchen was well-appointed—we cooked easily and ate comfortably in the lovely dining room. Thank you so much for such a welcoming home!

Amazing property. The sunset views were there cherry on top. Communication was excellent with the property manager, check in/out were a breeze. The home had everything we needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. We would recommend this property and stay again. Very conveniently located to downtown La Jolla and Torrey Pines road for easy access in and out of LJ.

Great house

Lovely setting, beautiful home. Very comfortable for 8 adults with fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces. Well stocked and in a wonderful location to explore La Jolla and beyond. Terrific home with beautiful ocean views

Spent Thanksgiving week with 3 generations of family. House accommodated all of us with plenty room. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils and dishes to make Thanksgiving turkey as well as other meals. Beautiful home.

What a wonderful stay, we really didn't want to leave. The house was so unique, and beautiful, with everything you needed. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. We did pay to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. Beds were very comfortable, everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. My kids loved exploring the home. There are so many rooms, and different levels, it felt like a castle to them. The neighborhood is very quiet. The loudest thing in the house was the birds, which we loved watching. The covered patio was perfect for morning coffee or reading in the afternoon, and the dining patio had a perfect view. No complaints and I hope we get to visit again.

Beautiful home in La Jolla

Nine friends who met in High School stayed at this property to celebrate our 50th birthday. This house was perfect. It has 5 nicely appointed bedrooms, plenty of conversation areas and fabulous views of La Jolla. Although up in the hills, were pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Prospect street and the Cove. Just about a mile walk, or 5 minute Uber ride. Megan Rose, our host was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This home was wonderful for our stay to visit our son. It is very well equipped with everything you need to cook with in the kitchen. The house is very clean and the outdoor spaces are so beautiful. The property manager was great and always responsive. We would absolutely come back to this home. Just be mindful if you have older guests traveling with you there are many stairs throughout the home. Really cool house and very well maintained. Convenient to restaurants and shopping

Stunning view and ideal location

Our family spent a week in La Jolla visiting friends and family and hosting many meals and get togethers at this home. It was absolutely perfect. Fantastic kitchen made preparing meals for up to 12 people a breeze and the dining room easily fit our large group. Multiple gathering spots around the home allowed teens to hang out in one spot while adults conversed in another. The pool was lovely and all of the bedrooms and baths were comfortable and perfectly accommodating. And the view of the ocean on top of all of this was simply breathtaking! The home is definitely older and could use some TLC in places but nothing that interfered with our stay.

La Jolla Villa

We loved our stay! The house had a private area for each of our 3 families. The hot tub and pool were used daily, as well as the work out room and the patio off the kitchen is where we ate dinner most nights watching the sunset. The views from any rooms at the back of the house and patios are spectacular. Our only problem was that the bedrooms are not dark enough if you want to sleep in a bit later in the mornings after all it is your vacation. Also, the trash situation from previous guests is not solved and it was overwhelming. Management needs to explain the pick up system and schedule much better to guests and/or take care of it themselves.

This property was absolutely amazing! The photos try, but do not do it justice. And the owners were so easy to work with. They thought of everything to make us comfortable and welcome. The location was perfect, the views and sunsets were gorgeous, and the house itself was wonderful. We would love to return one day.
