Beautiful propertyA couple of suggestions: additional side tables. We used the kitchen stools but side tables would be nice. On hot days it would be nice of there was a shade or someway to block the hot sun from the upstairs sunlight The upstairs bedroom became quite hot. Luckily the weather cooled after our first day and the fans provideddid help. Labeling the multitude of switches would be nice as well. In all we were very happy and enjoyed a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay as always with family and found the home to be in a good location. There were a few areas where we feel updating and attention to detail would make a noticeable difference. The shelf paper in the kitchen could use replacing, and the windows could use some cleaning and some of the screens were in desperate need of replacement and the.rug in the living room could use a good cleaning. The kitchen could have used basic food storage items such as foil, baggies, or simple Snap Ware or other containers with lids. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a little attention to these details , we think the property could be even more enjoyable for future guests.

Great property if you are traveling with friends. Great access to the beach and very walkable to nearby shopping and restaurants. House was a little worn but clean. Totally recommend.

The location was great as it was only a block from the beach. The house had enough rooms for our families, lots of windows and outdoor patios to enjoy the weather.

Hidden Gem

I have stayed on Loring on many occasions but never at this tucked away gem, in fact I never knew it was even there. This place had it all, a good kitchen to cook in, great bathrooms, privacy for all guests and views of a lifetime.

Great location

We loved the location. Close to the beach and close enough to walk to various restaurants. The view of the ocean from the two decks was beautiful and relaxing. We had 8 people in our party and the house was perfect for the three families.

Great layout for groups. Quiet community. Fantastic views. There is a path from the yard to the beach or you can take the road. There are plenty of restaurants around, some only a couple blocks away. There is no AC, but the evenings were quite cool so no real need. We loved our stay.

Great getaway location!

Del Mar Breeders Cup trip

This home is in a great location. The bathrooms and appliances are dated, but clean and functioning, which we didn’t mind. I would definitely stay here again!!! Great views from the balconies

Excellent Property

Amazing location to the beach and nightlife in Pacific Beach. The house was clean and ready for us at the check-in time. Short trek to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. Highly recommended!
