The house was great! Exactly what we needed for my son’s graduation. The host was very responsive and we even left some items in a rush to catch our flight after a long few days on base. They retrieved and mailed them to us. Right on the beach and walking distance to store or restaurant. We found it nice to cook while watching the sunset and the kids enjoying the beach and Ocean!

The location was incredible. The house had accommodations for our littles and was very homey and comfortable. We definitely hope to be back soon!

What we loved about this property was the location right on the beach away from the dense crowds. The view was just beautiful. unfortunately we came during a very hot weekend and the beach house, like many in San Diego, did not have any air-conditioning so it was a bit hot. Our other issue was that the grill did not heat up. The owner relayed to us he fixed it after we left.

Being right on the beach made all of the difference! So amazing to watch the nightly sunset from the private balcony or even from inside from the massive window. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and bathrooms had all the basic toiletries. Easy walk to get coffee, go to the market, or to the bay side to watch the sunrise.

The house was great, lots of room and amenities, responsive landlord, great views, and perfect location. It was a good gathering place, we had nine adults staying there, but could have fit in another family member or two. We loved sitting out on the deck to drink coffee and watch the waves, people, and sunset. There were lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. We were there for a family event so we didn't spend as much time at the house or on the beach as we had hoped, but would love to come back and stay at the house again!
