The home is comprised of two separate units which can be combined into one large home. The entry floor has a family room, kitchen, dining area as well as 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and a laundry room. There is a Master suite and a second bedroom with queen size bunk beds sleeping a total of 6. From here you can take either the interior or exterior staircase up to a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath unit that sleeps up to 11. This unit is comprised of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property. The 2nd floor, boasts an open kitchen, dining and living area with stone fireplace ideal for entertaining, as well as 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths and laundry room. The 3rd floor features 2 spacious Master suites. The front Master showcases bi-fold doors opening directly to the 3rd floor deck where you can relax while watching and listening to the ocean surf - you will feel like you are sitting on the beach! The second Master features a huge bathroom complete with a rainfall shower, separate makeup vanity, dual sinks and a huge soaking tub with ocean views! We are located approximately 5-10 minutes to SeaWorld and 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and San Diego International Airport.
