2017 complete remodel! Beachy-chic style with ocean views from both 2nd and 3rd levels. This amazing property is just steps to the beach, boardwalk and famous Belmont Park. Featuring 6 bedrooms - including 3 Master Suites - 5.5 baths and sleeping arrangements for up to 17 guests. Enjoy unparalleled ocean and sunset views from either expansive deck while barbecuing or just relaxing in this ideal vacation home.

Throughout the 3000+ square feet of bright and open living space, our home is ideal for families and travelers looking to experience everything San Diego has to offer. The entry floor has a family room, dining area as well as 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and a laundry room. There is a Master suite and a second bedroom with queen size bunk beds sleeping a total of 6. The 2nd floor boasts an open kitchen, dining and living area with stone fireplace ideal for entertaining, as well as 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths and another laundry room. The 3rd floor features 2 spacious Master suites. The front Master showcases bi-fold doors opening directly to the 3rd floor deck where you can relax while watching and listening to the ocean surf - you will feel like you are sitting on the beach! The second Master features a huge bathroom complete with a rainfall shower, separate makeup vanity, dual sinks and a huge soaking tub with ocean views! A cozy 3rd floor office provides a private retreat for those needing to (begrudgingly) bring work along with them.

The home includes top of the line appliances, furnishings, cabinets, windows, floors, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and DirecTV. Property features include TWO fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, washer and dryer, barbecue, parking garage for one full-size car and one compact car PLUS an outdoor parking space for one standard size car. There is a convenient outdoor shower located on the side patio for quick clean-up after the beach. The beds in each room are as follows:

We are located approximately 5-10 minutes to SeaWorld and 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and San Diego International Airport.

Stunning Location, Beautiful Property

This house was truly such a gem! It is located just a block from the beach and has beautiful beach and ocean views. We rented the combined unit (all three stories) which was perfect for our girls' trip! The house itself was spacious and easily fill all 11 of us. If I ever have a big group and am back in San Diego, I will definitely book again!

Fun Times!

We celebrated our first family vacation in 10 years, and this was the perfect house to do this at! We had a big family of 15 that stayed, adults and children. The location had something for everyone to do. The space in the house gave everyone enough space to breathe when needed. Communication for any issues was quick. Highly recommend this home and definitely thinking about booking again in the future!

The property was fine. It was missing basic things that we have always had in a VRBO such as cooking staples (oil, flour sugar some spices, plastic wrap/foil, containers for leftovers.. The pictures showed two grills and there was only one for the downstairs unit. Some outdoor blankets would have been nice as it does get cool out there. The explanations on garbage etc. were clear and easy to follow in the notebook. Also, we had an email stating there were no hairdryers or iron. Both were there so current updated information would have been helpful as we were mostly traveling by plane and were limited on what we could bring.

Great family beach house

Great Location, But Property Needs UpdatesWe stayed for four nights and reserved the entire property. The best part of this rental is definitely the location—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities. You really can't beat the convenience.That said, the overall condition of the property was just OK. The HVAC system didn’t work properly during our stay, which made things uncomfortable at times, and the beds could really use an upgrade—they weren't particularly comfortable and felt worn out.Given the price point, we expected a bit more in terms of upkeep and comfort. For us, it was a three-star experience—amazing location, but the value doesn't fully match the cost until some improvements are made.

Perfect Family Getaway

Loved the patios and gathering rooms…perfect for walking to the beach, shops, amusement park/rides, and comfortable relaxing with a large group…enough room to spread out and play games along with spaces for privacy. The property had everything we needed..from the cooking/kitchen area to beach playthings.

Beautiful house...wonderful family vacation home

We had such a great time. The house was beautiful and in the perfect location. The property host was attentive to all of our needs and very quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. Best spot in Mission Beach

We had a group of 10 guys staying there for my little brother's bachelor party. It is such a cool house and the 2 separate units were perfect for us. The location couldn't be any better. Right off the beach and close to all the spots in Mission Beach and about a 30-minute walk up the boardwalk to Pacific Beach. I'm going to be recommending this place to anyone that has a larger group visiting SD.

Wonderful stay

We (7 adults and 5 children) loved staying at the beach house. It was a great location steps away from the beach. I would say the real winning aspect was the comfortable home. We enjoyed staying inside and relaxing. It was spacious and well designed. We loved the colors and the large kitchen since we ate at home every night. I will definitely stay here again if we visit SD. Perfect place. Loved the furnishings and convenience of everything. The managers were very responsive and provided all the information we needed. Awesome experience.

Family vacation

My family and I have made a yearly trip to San Diego the past 3 years and this location was ideal for us! Walking distance to many food options plus entertainment for the kids at Belmont park. The location to the beach was fantastic as well! The house is very nicely decorated and updated. Unfortunately, my cousin had to work this year so he utilized the 3rd story upper deck to work from and was still able to enjoy the beach sounds and sights. We had 2 suvs and an extended cab and bed truck and were able to fit all 3 in the parking spaces allotted huge bonus for San Diego parking😉 We would definitely stay here again!

Large uneven tile

Aesthetically it looks nice, however walking on it was uncomfortable and very difficult for handicapped and children. We hated it. The mattresses were not comfortable. Otherwise the price was great and the location was perfect. The Property manager was on top of all my questions and concerns. I was very happy with them.

Wonderful house!

The house was perfect for us and our grown children. We loved it and will stay here again. Highly recommend. However, due to covid there were a few changes that we didn't anticipate. There are NO food items in the kitchen including basic things like salt and pepper. There are no hair dryers and no shampoo/conditioner. Also the hand soap is super tiny. None of these things were a big deal but it would have been nice to know further in advance which is why I'm posting it here. Overall, this house was super comfortable and worked very well for us.

Family Reunion at the Beach

Our family rented both units for 9 adults and 4 children (3,3,5 & 10 years old) Martin Luther King weekend. We could all gather very comfortably, along with a few other family members from San Diego, on the first level of the larger unit (2nd floor) which was a nice, open kitchen/living room space. The kitchen was new and functional, we made most of our meals there. The two 3rd floor bedroom/baths were beautiful. We used the outdoor deck spaces often since warm & sunny, protected from wind. The beach, boardwalk, Starbuck's, stores were extremely accessible. The kids had a great time at the beach, which surprised me since temp highs were mid 60's. We also rented scooters which was a blast. There were a few minor issues with place, one was only luke warm water in one of bathroom showers. Stephanie was very responsive to fix and accommodating. Something you should know is that there was no food in kitchen, except salt and pepper, not even sugar, and no blow dryers in bathrooms, which is different than most other places I've rented.

We had high hopes for our annual getaway...

The home itself is beautiful home and the size is perfect for large groups. There is a separate 2 bedroom/kitchen/living space that can be accessed through the garage with 2 bdrm/bath/living space. From a space perspective and a location perspective, it's great. We usually stay in another Mission Beach property so we were happy to find a larger space. What was truly disappointing began when we walked in and were hit with a strong smell of water damage/mildew/mold. We initially thought it just needed to be aired out but that wasn't the case. The smell lasted the entire stay. The night we arrived, I stepped in standing water at the bottom of the stairs-knowing there had been a lot of rain, I chalked it up to that. I reached out to the property management company and she told me they would get someone out to look at it-the standing water did lessen considerably however, different variations of mushrooms starting sprouting along the entry way along the base boards and in the bathroom of the second space. I again let the property managers know and she told me it was likely due to rain and they would get the maintenance person over to look-there was no communication about whether that happened. We kept the kids away from the mushrooms/mildew/black appearing mold (which was concerning) growing around them but the smell never did lessen. Considering the price, it was a disappointment. I hope they are able to resolve this issue so others do not have the same experience.

We have stayed at the property annually for many years and as always the house (renting both units) was amazing. Such a convenient location to the beach. The host is so accommodating and responsive. The house is clean and perfectly furnished for all our needs with 17 people, 8 adults and 9 kids aged 6 to 16. Can’t wait until next year.

Awesome property! Had 7 adults, me and my husband, my kids and spouses, my dad and 8 grand babies for a total of 15! We had the best time and everything was great with the home. Multi-generational Family Trip

The property was in a great spot super close to the beach and plenty of space for the whole family. We missed it in the pictures, but the downstairs living room was sunken down and had a few steps to reach. Which was difficult for those with limited mobility. Other than that, the space was clean and well organized. We had a great stay.
