There really is nothing like being ocean front. A beach vacation is always nice but the difference from being a few blocks away from the ocean and being ocean front is really like being miles apart. This is an opportunity to be ocean front in South Mission Beach one of the premiere locations any where in the world and our location is away from the large parking lots where the beach gets crowded. Many days at our house you'll feel like you are on a private beach. Treat your family to an OCEAN FRONT vacation and you'll never want to stay anywhere else.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment directly on the ocean front, direct ocean views from the living room and kitchen. Located in a quiet area in South Mission Beach but only a five minute walk to the attractions at Belmont Park.

Just a block away you'll find a liquor store, a grocery store, a coffee shop, a pizzeria, a bar & grill and take out Mexican food.

A maximum of four people are allowed on the property at any one time. Please no events or parties. Great for a small family or a couples getaway.

Inside direct ocean view from the living room and kitchen. Fully furnished kitchen. DirectTV and free WIFI access. Simmons Beautyrest Heavenly King Bed with an adjustable base in the bedroom and queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens provided. New laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom, tile in the kitchen and bathroom.

Outside step onto the beach or enjoy the patio with a table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas. BBQ on gas grill while enjoying the ocean views.

Onsite outside parking for one medium sized vehicle. (large vehicles like a Suburban will fit but it's tight)

We're a five minute drive from Sea World, a 20 minute drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo and about 40 minutes to Lego Land. San Diego is home to many golf courses including Torrey Pines about 30 minutes away.

The location is perfect - right on the boardwalk! Located on the southern half of the boardwalk, where it's more residential and quieter. The owner was responsive throughout the process. The kitchen was well stocked. The king-size bed was very comfy. It was a good value. Would stay here again.

Location, Location, Location. While there were some minor inconveniences (parking, the host warned and provided pictures to help), the location was perfect. We could watch the sunsets from the living room, if we had wanted to. We, of course, walked to the beach and took in all the beauty. The unit had everything we needed. Was older, but was clean. If you are looking for a relaxing, chill and hang experience, this place was perfect.

Why they chose this property

We think South Mission beach is San Diego's finest. Pretty much the only people on the beach are those who live or are renting in a few square block area. One of the widest beaches in Southern California.

What makes this property unique

Ocean Front! Awesome views from the living room and kitchen. It's an ever changing picture. The outside patio area is perfect for people watching and BBQ's. We love to skate and bike ride on the boardwalk which runs along the ocean and also extends around Mission Bay. Literally five minutes away from Sea World and fifteen minutes away form the San Diego Zoo. Awesome views from sun up to sunset.
