• How many cars can we park? The home includes a two-car tandem-style garage space. The right side is 20' 6" deep while the left side is shallow and reserved for a micro-car or beach gear.
• Is the home suitable for large families? Absolutely. With 4 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests (max 8 adults).
• Does the home have air conditioning? No. In classic San Diego fashion, the home stays cool via refreshing ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and large windows.
• Can we walk to Belmont Park? Yes! The historic Belmont Park and the Giant Dipper roller coaster are just a scenic 1-mile walk south along the boardwalk.
• Are there stairs required to enter? Yes, as this home encompasses the entire second level, there is a flight of stairs required for entry.
