The location is excellent! We enjoyed being close to the beaches and boardwalks. Being on the inner bay was quiet and yet fun. House was clean and well-supplied.

This home is amazing. Great view, perfect location, and clean. Easily accommodated 8 adults. The check in process was hassle free. Kelly was super accommodating and replied to all questions immediately. We will definitely be back.

Family Fun in San Diego

Spent a wonderful weekend at this condo in San Diego to celebrate brother's birthday. The place was clean and spacious. No adults had to cram into a bunkbed! Location is excellent. Able to walk to restaurants and stores. View from deck was great and really enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Plenty of room for multiple cooks. We will definitely come back to this place!

Great location, plenty of room, awesome host!

We had a great time with our entire family (5 kids and four adults) at this awesome spot right on Mission Bay! The house is large (4 full bedrooms/3 full bathrooms) and the host was very responsive. Our kids loved the hot tub, views of all the activity on the beach and being so close to the water. Would highly recommend!

Cali vacation

View and walking path and proximity to the ocean were all great. The property needs much updating. Consider getting rid of carpet and replacing it with nice flooring that’s in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our stay and the host (Kelly) was so accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend if you want to stay off the noisy boardwalk area of Mission Beach and enjoy the views from Sail Bay. Watching the rowers on the water in the morning and the volleyball matches on the beach in the late afternoon was entertaining. Super convenient to everything including Ralph's groceries. The beds were comfortable and the host mentioned doing some upgrades in the near future if you've read in other reviews the need for updating. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Labor Day Weekend

This is an amazing property! Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for VRBO. Right on Mission Bay, the view is amazing! We loved watching the Sea World fireworks at night. Lots of beach toys…chairs, sand toys, paddle board and kayak. We used them all. And the jacuzzi is a bonus. Highly recommend

A wonderful, large condo with great location and access.

This condo was perfect for our large blended family with 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 17 to 10. Spacious (even more so than the pictures display) and with all the amenities around. Rooms were comfortable, deck was beautiful with views, grill and hot tub. The only thing I would comment on would be the kitchen, which, though spacious, was not quite as up to date as one would have wished. The microwave became possessed about 4 days into our trip, flashing and zapping for no good reason, for about an hour, and after that was considered verboten by us all. From the get go, however, Kelly was forthright and helpful. A confusion in booking was quickly and easily cleared up, and then followed instructions and regular communications (though not too many, for which I was grateful). We were pleased with every aspect of the rental, and marveled at finding such a beautiful space so near to the water. Plenty of towels, working washer and drier to replenish our resources, large fridge and pantry to store our snacks. If we come back to San Diego, we will surely seek out this place again. Thank you.

Beautiful condo in perfect location on beach overlooking the water. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, almost perfect. The property manager was more than accomodating and addressed issues as soon as they arose. We would love to return. Of the 4 Vrbo rentals we stayed in recently, this was by far the best experience

Family Trip

We had a great time visiting our daughter in San Diego!The location was perfect for a quieter, less windy bayside location and easy walking to either Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. Made multiple runs to Woody’s:)It was a cooler weekend so was really nice to have the hot tub access!Host was very responsive. Was a little musty when we walked in but aired out quickly and would highly recommend.

Beautiful beach getaway!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Kelly was an amazing host—so welcoming and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located right on the bay. It’s an excellent spot for families with kids, with plenty of amenities like chairs, a paddleboard, bikes, and beach toys to make the stay even more enjoyable.The location is ideal—a scenic 15-minute walk along the bay path takes you to the Pacific Beach boardwalk, where you'll find great restaurants and coffee shops. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience!Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it for any families looking for a beautiful beach getaway!

Paradise on Mission Bay

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Loved sitting on the deck just staring out into the bay and people watching. Kelly was great to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay at the PB Beach house

Great place and would highly recommend. Great location, well stocked with everything you would need. Parking is a premium in this location so it’s nice to have reserved parking.
