About this property

The BEST of the best on Mission Bay!

Come join us for the best of the best on the sand in Mission Beach. Our beach house has unobstructed views of Mission Bay and you can enjoy the nightly summmer fireworks show from the large private deck.

The master bedroom (aka Captain's Quarters) has a comfy California king bed and a bathroom with a shower, jacuzzi tub, bidet and walk in closet.

There are two more bedrooms down the hall, the Crew's Quarters with a comfy queen bed and the Mermaid room with a comfy queen bed. Off the hall are both a guest bathroom and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is a cooks dream with a panoramic view of the water and all the amenities you will need, including built in appliances.

We are located just down the sidewalk from the Catamaran Resort where the Bahia Belle and William D Evans (both sternwheelers) dock nightly. This property is right on Sail Bay across from The Aquatic Center! There is a private elevator that services this property. We also provide a laundy room with a washer and dryer.

This Mission Bay property was perfect for my husband and me and our two traveling companions. The location is ideal for exploring the San Diego area, although it was hard to tear ourselves away from the terrific balcony view. The condo itself is comfortable, clean and well-stocked (preparing dinner was a breeze!) and Susie is a wonderful host. Five stars all around!

What a wonderful weekend. Property had the perfect location. Great amenities. Super easy access. Susie was wonderful to work with and communication was great. Next time we do San Deigo, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Sunrise

We enjoyed our stay on Sail Bay. We loved having coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise. This location is walkable to many restaurants. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Breathtaking Bayside Home

We absolutely loved the home! It was so beautiful from the moment you opened the front door and saw an incredible view of the bay. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed! Susie, the owner, was extremely helpful and did all she could do make our stay the best! We would definitely stay here again!

Family reunion for the books

This is such an awesome condo..the accomodations were wonderful, the view phenomenal (free fireworks across the bay for night time enjoyment) the outside patio deck was perfect...you will love this place..thank you Suzie for making us "the hostess with the mostess" for family reunion!

Lovely San Diego getaway!

Outstanding Experience

Everything about our stay here was pleasing. Check in was a breeze, our host was responsive & helpful regarding procedures and where to go for good eats in the neighborhood. Perfect Location for a Family Reunion

The townhouse was everything you could ask for! Super clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, lots of room to spread out in, and an amazing view. Being that it's located on the bay made it perfect for the younger children to play safely in the water. Other family members stayed in houses nearby. We all hung out on the beach in front of our houses for 3 very fun days. Best family reunion ever!

Beautiful Bay View

Great location, very clean, spacious and well maintained. The large patio provides a 180-degree view of the bay. Susie is organized and very helpful. The unit has two parking spaces which was very nice, but the smaller one was tight and took some practice. We have vacationed in Mission Beach for more than thirty years and would certainly return to this property.

Just awesome!

We love this place so much, this is the first time we've done a return visit! The house is always clean and very well maintained. The view of the bay is just spectacular and never fails to bring that "wow" factor as soon as you walk in the door. Every detail has been very well thought out that makes your stay very comfortable and makes you feel at home. Susie is so great to work with, from preparing for your arrival to when you sadly have to leave and return to reality. Thank you for giving us our best vacations ever Susie!

The kitchen is more than equipped, the view is amazing. The pictures online don’t really do it justice. It’s located perfectly between the bay and the beach wonderful restaurants within a block. I can’t say enough about this place. The bay is calm and swimmable. Looking forward to our future third trip back!

Susie was an exceptional host—thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. From the moment we booked, her communication was clear and helpful, making our entire stay seamless and stress-free.The home itself was wonderful. The bayside location is truly special, with a spacious, comfortable deck that easily accommodated our group. Mornings on the deck were peaceful and serene, and each evening we were treated to SeaWorld’s fireworks, framed beautifully by the silhouettes of palm trees across the bay.It genuinely felt like a home, not just a rental. The kitchen was impressively stocked with every gadget, dish, and cooking utensil you could think of—making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like spices, cooking essentials, and hand soap in the bathrooms. These little conveniences made a big difference and added to the feeling of being truly at home.Susie has clearly put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and well-equipped space. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, location, and hospitality.

Beautiful Property

We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate a wedding at a venue across the bay from this property. Everything about the location of the property is wonderful - the view from the 3rd floor balcony was spectacular and we sat on the patio every morning for coffee and every night for cocktails. The house is not fancy with upgrades, but every single surface from counters to bathrooms to beds was spotless. You could smell the freshness in the towels. This property is immaculately maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Every time we opened a new cupboard there were more surprises - from dual coffee makers to ninja blenders to baking pans - all is included here. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. We used the sofa sleeper for my adult daughters and normally sofa beds have thin, uncomfortable mattresses - not this one - it had a thick, comfortable mattress. We really liked being on the bay side, as it is much quieter and less busy. We took a walk every morning on the waterfront path just outside our unit. The owner, Susie, was very easy to communicate with and she responded to every question promptly. She even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return for another stay in the future.

Relax on the bay

Susie was a great host; she was easy to contact and provided clear instructions. Her home was so tranquil and restful with a beautiful deck, kitchen and living room facing the bay. The shared space was so well planned with a lot of different places to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Mission Bay Relaxation and Fun
