This is a super deluxe apartment is located in prestigious La Jolla shores area just 532 steps away from beach and park. This fresh modern home is on second floor with a spacious living room that opens into a dining room and a full kitchen with stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and stone counter tops. There is a flat screen TV for entertaining and Wi-Fi throughout. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a window air condition, in living room and ceiling fans in the bedroom. Many of our guest find it so comfortable, they don't want to leave. One parking spot designated to this unit.

Stroll down half a block to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of La Jolla is only steps away from the front door of this residence, walk to everything, and never use a car.

The rates are adjusted for season, competitive for the area , type of home, and are firm.

Sleeps four people in bed, roll-away bed available for the 5th person by request and previous arrangement.

Business/surf trip

The place was awesome and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Location was minutes to good food, coffee, surf shops, the beach and the Scripps Institute where our conference was. Great place and will be looking to book there again whenever our needs take us to La Jolla.

Great condo in La Jolla Shores steps from the beach and all of the wonderful restaurants and shops in the shores. Perfect for a family of four. Clean, convenient and comfortable. We love La Jolla and really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

The condo is very comfortable and clean and only a block to the ocean. There is a nice walkway and children’s park. A few restaurants, a convenience shop, and bike/kayak shop nearby. Short drive into LaJolla. Perfect location for a home base and only 15 mins or so by car to all the attractions like the zoo, Balboa Park, etc. Excellent, responsive host.

Perfect location

Location is ideal for families or individuals who want close access to La Jolla Shores beach. The parking space was easy and very appreciated as parking can be tough in this area. It should be noted that currently there is a lot of construction (trucks backing up large dumps of noisy debris) going on by 6 or 7 am every weekday morning. Despite the early morning noise, I would highly recommend this rental.

Great location

Great location close to everything in La Jolla shores. My 3 year old loved having the beach toys. The garage was also a plus as parking is difficult to find in La Jolla shores. The bed was great. Very comfy. The dryer didn’t work but the owner responded quickly and ordered a new one so hopefully it will arrive in time for the next guests. It’s an older home so it does pick up lots of noise from cars and people outside. Overall it was fine for 3 nights. Thanks again

Great location and price! Perfect for family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay in Ladan's condo. Ladan was lovely to work with. This is a nice condo in a convenient location to the park and beach and also all of the lovely restaurants/ shops. It was the perfect space for us and our two young boys. We Love La Jolla shores and this was a great alternative to the outdated/overpriced hotel a block over. I love that the decor is simple, the kitchen spacious and newer, the washer dryer in unit and the beach umbrella, chairs, towels and body boards. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Keep in mind that other units in building have outdoor space but not this one. A couple of other cons, no AC and only ceiling fans in bedroom made for a bit stuffy during sunny days and windows open means a lot of street noise at evening/night. Parking was a bit odd/difficult but better than having to find street parking. Overall a nice, non-pretentious, clean, cozy spot with easy access to the beach...ideal for Families with young kids. Thanks for a lovely stay!

You can’t beat this location. It’s perfect if you’re wanting to be in La Jolla, whether you want to be in the Cove or the Shores. I highly suggest this if you’re a family of four or less. Rent a car, the parking is very convenient and you’re able to bypass the traffic to get up to the Cove in less than five minutes. Otherwise, great to have the beach so close for walking. I’m familiar with the area, can’t get much better than this. Book it!

Fantastic La Jolla Shores Stay

Property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with many of the core things you need for time at the beach (e.g. towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc.). The beds were very comfortable. A minute's walk away from the beach, restaurants, and shops around the Shores -- driving optional. Off-street parking was welcomed despite being a little snug for a compact SUV (e.g. RAV4/Forester-sized). Host communication was quick and responsive. We had a wonderful time, and will recommend to family and friends.

Great spot next to the beach

Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Come and go to the beach with ease, and dedicated parking is key. Traffic at the beach can take an extra minute or two, but was never too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Nice trip to La Jolla

Traveled with son and wife to San Diego for Spring break. Location is downtown with access to multiple shops and restaurants. 2 blocks to beach/ocean and promenade. Well apportioned 2 bedroom. Updated kitchen. All working appliances. Clean. Quiet. Parking just outside unit. Nice relaxing stay.

After purchasing this property we took it down to the studs and rebuilt it with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living, dining and kitchen offer an open concept living. This upper unit offers a large private outdoor space on the ground level for outdoor entertaining. A community BBQ is available for your use.
