There is a flat screen TV for entertaining and Wi-Fi throughout. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a window air condition, in living room and ceiling fans in the bedroom. Many of our guest find it so comfortable, they don't want to leave. One parking spot designated to this unit.
Stroll down half a block to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of La Jolla is only steps away from the front door of this residence, walk to everything, and never use a car.

This 4 plex is a special property. Located just steps to the ocean and the wonderful restaurants and shops of la Jolla Shores. After purchasing this property we took it down to the studs and rebuilt it with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living, dining and kitchen offer an open concept living. This upper unit offers a large private outdoor space on the ground level for outdoor entertaining. A community BBQ is available for your use.
