About this property

The BEST of the best on Mission Bay!

Come join us for the best of the best on the sand in Mission Beach. Our beach house has unobstructed views of Mission Bay and you can enjoy the nightly summmer fireworks show from the large private deck.

The master bedroom (aka Captain's Quarters) has a comfy California king bed and a bathroom with a shower, jacuzzi tub, bidet and walk in closet.

There are two more bedrooms down the hall, the Crew's Quarters with a comfy queen bed and the Mermaid room with a comfy queen bed. Off the hall are both a guest bathroom and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is a cooks dream with a panoramic view of the water and all the amenities you will need, including built in appliances.

We are located just down the sidewalk from the Catamaran Resort where the Bahia Belle and William D Evans (both sternwheelers) dock nightly. This property is right on Sail Bay across from The Aquatic Center! There is a private elevator that services this property. We also provide a laundy room with a washer and dryer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Log out of any streaming services.
Make sure the doors are locked, windows closed, stove, oven, fireplace and heater are turned off.
Return any moved furniture to where it belongs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
At least 2 guests must be at least 28 years of age or older and booking guest will be required to provide a copy of photo ID.
Leave all towels in the laundry room. Leave the beds unmade but intact. If you’ve logged into any streaming services, please be sure to log out.
If you’ve moved any furniture, please place it back where it was when you arrived. Return the 2 key set to lockbox #3 in the carport.

This condo location is perfect. The view of Sail Bay never gets old. Sunrise is my favorite. The balcony is large enough to accommodate a group of 6 easily. It is close enough to walk to many good restaurants. If you’d like to walk on the boardwalk or the beach it is a short 5 minute walk away. Susie is a great host.

We had a great time staying here. So relaxing and quiet. Our truck did fit in the parking space but we had to be right against the poles. Communication with Susie was fantastic she always responded immediately. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Susie, our host, was just wonderful. She was helpful, kind and responsive. Her home is immaculate and beautiful. The pictures are what you get. The view is more than fantastic and the location is terrific. There are so many good places to eat within a stone's throw. This is a wonderful place for a family or couples trip, I would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend this property. Five of us stayed and had more than enough room. Very nice deck overlooking the bay and only a two block walk to the ocean side. Several unique restaurants within easy walking distance. The location is within a 20 minute drive of anything you would want to see in the metro area, Gas Lamp district, Little Italy, Museums, etc.

The kitchen is more than equipped, the view is amazing. The pictures online don’t really do it justice. It’s located perfectly between the bay and the beach wonderful restaurants within a block. I can’t say enough about this place. The bay is calm and swimmable. Looking forward to our future third trip back!

This Mission Bay property was perfect for my husband and me and our two traveling companions. The location is ideal for exploring the San Diego area, although it was hard to tear ourselves away from the terrific balcony view. The condo itself is comfortable, clean and well-stocked (preparing dinner was a breeze!) and Susie is a wonderful host. Five stars all around!

Relax on the bay

Susie was a great host; she was easy to contact and provided clear instructions. Her home was so tranquil and restful with a beautiful deck, kitchen and living room facing the bay. We had an excellent stay here. Here are some of the highlights: -Great communication from the host -Beautiful deck looking at the bay (our favorite spot!) -Great location: walking distance to PB, plenty of restaurants. Easy access to the bus with a 25 min ride to Old Town -Parking for two cars -Thoughtful touches (games, amazingly stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, umbrella and sun shade)
