Located steps away from San Diego's top Tourmaline surf break, bring your surf board. If a beautiful view and a private home is what you are looking for, this is it! A perfect beach house that is located between La Jolla and Mission Beach. A newly decorated home that is located near everything a beach community has to offer. Spectacular sunset vistas from Mission Beach to the south, north to La Jolla. The home has an attached two bedroom upstairs unit built towards the back of the home. The properties were built with vacation rentals in mind. GUESTS ARE PROVIDED WITH PRIVATE living space yard space, decks, beach equipment (bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, etc.), parking spaces, washer/dryers and barbecues.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property right on the ocean with views from the kitchen as well as the living room. One of the best parts was that it had a garage full of beach equipment as well as baby furniture we needed like a Pack n Play and high chair.We also liked how the 2 main ensuite bedrooms were separated nicely so you had privacy. There are several large areas to hang out both inside and out. It was really perfect for our needs.

We loved our stay on Pacific Beach! The house was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Mary was a delightful host and always happy to help. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The only minor drawback was that the house is located at a corner right by a telephone pole which does hinder the view a bit. It also allows for a lot of people to park right in front of the house (even though it says No Parking) and block the view a bit and unfortunately engage in some questionable business after dark... But overall, the house, the views and the access to the beach and surrounding areas make this a wonderful choice for the San Diego area!

This property is great. The host met us there to check in and gave us a thorough tour of the property. The view is amazing. Great location to Pacific Beach and La Jolla. The garage was stocked with all the beach items that we needed. The bicycles were great to ride. Very relaxing vacation for us. We definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beautiful home featuring a spectacular view overlooking Tourmaline Beach. The entire process from reservation to check in was smooth and seamless. Mary met us for check in with helpful hints and was very accommodating. The house is very well furnished and equipped including the kitchen and lots of fun beach toys. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family.

Wow, this house was stunning! Ocean views from the kitchen and front room, lots of outdoor seating, right on the beach, boogie boards, surfboards, coolers and bikes available for use. Honestly, one of the best beach vacays we've ever had. Absolutely fantastic!!

The location is the main reason to stay here. Fantastic! The description was a bit deceiving as it it part of a multifamily home. There were people living above the unit so some noise was unavoidable. The place was very well stocked and the check-in process was good.There are many restaurants close by, some within walking distance.The rental is in need of some maintenance, ie. front screen had to bee replaced after we arrived, extra shower needs a visit from a plumber. We chose not to use it, but, luckily it has a 3rd bathroom. Nicely furnished.Again, this is a very nice view, lots of stairs to the beach, but once you get down there it's a wonderful walking beach.

The host, Mary, is very attentive and helpful in all areas of our stay. She gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house had excellent views of the ocean and our first night we experienced a gorgeous sunset. The house is stocked with everything we needed for a great stay.

Beautiful Home, great location! Views and Sunsets are spectacular, which draws spectators. The host is fabulous , she is available, knowledgeable, and helpful. Parking is great for one car or two small cars. The house is spacious and comfortable and the beds very comfortable! TV’s everywhere. Great rental! It is a three rental unit and this is the bottom floor.
can’t beat the ocean sound, breeze, and constant surfing community in front of you.

Words don't even come close to telling how spectacular this home it. The setting is out of a movie and the sunsets are breathtaking. The home was perfect and fully stocked with everything you could think of. We can't wait to get back and stay here again.
