Your Luxury Condo On The Ocean, Unobstructed Sunset And Ocean Views, Central Air

Come and enjoy what we hope will become your special place and create memories.

Located in the heart of everything yet away from everything. This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on a bluff overlooking the ocean with nothing between you and the ocean, but 300 sq. ft. of your exclusive use patio area.

Perfect for two couples. Two bedrooms each with a king bed. Master has a fireplace. Second king bedroom with a separate bath and can be closed off for complete privacy or ideal for family of four to take along Grandma & Grandpa. The third bedroom has twin beds and is located in the wing with the second bedroom.

We also own the condo right next door, on the same floor. It's very similar in size and features as this unit. It's VRBO/Home Away listing number is 624028.

Our place is located just minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village and the airport. It is a short drive to Legoland and Safari Park.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, central A/C, wireless high speed internet. Washer and dryer inside the unit. There is underground side by side parking for two cars.

It is a southern CA classic....cliffs, rocks, beach and pier. Walk to all or view from your condo.

The property was truly amazing in almost every aspect, exceeding our expectations. If I were to offer just one suggestion, it would be to consider adding a larger cutting board and a wire brush for the grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent property with an amazing view in Ocean Beach. The parking is below the property, gated, and very safe. The layout of the property was perfect four our family of four. There is easy access to a beach area below the property. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again in a second. Also had great internet and good lighting. Host was very easy to work with.

The condo was clean and included everything needed for our stay…plenty of towels, utensils in the kitchen, and extra toilet paper. The condo was exactly the same as the pictures. The view of the ocean was amazing. Be mindful the fireplace is shared between the primary room and the living room…you can see through the fireplace into the bedroom. Also, people staying in the other units will need to walk past the patio and window of the condo to get out to the ocean/back gate exit…just something to think about in terms of keeping the blinds open.

Perfect place to stay for our son's graduation from SDSU. The condo was very clean and comfortable and you certainly can't beat the view! Location is great - very quiet, yet just blocks away from Newport Ave with restaurants and shopping. Donna was very responsive with a few questions I had. The secure underground parking was a bonus!

The view is even better than it looks with fabulous sunsets. Great little coved beaches right below. Fun walkable neighborhood with good food choices (we loved La Doña). The condo was spotless and comfortable and the host was very attentive. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo more than met our expectations. It was ideally located for us with the waterfront just feet away with easy access to local restaurants, stores and beach. The ground level patio is especially nice for viewing the ocean. There was no need for us to rent a car and we would definitely return.
