Come and enjoy what we hope will become your special place and create memories.

Located in the heart of everything yet away from everything. This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on a bluff overlooking the ocean with nothing between you and the ocean, but 300 sq. ft. of your exclusive use patio area.

Perfect for two couples. Two bedrooms each with a king bed. Master has a fireplace. Second king bedroom with a separate bath and can be closed off for complete privacy or ideal for family of four to take along Grandma & Grandpa. The third bedroom has twin beds and is located in the wing with the second bedroom.

We also own the condo right next door, on the same floor. It's very similar in size and features as this unit. It's VRBO/Home Away listing number is 624028.

Our place is located just minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village and the airport. It is a short drive to Legoland and Safari Park.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, central A/C, wireless high speed internet. Washer and dryer inside the unit. There is underground side by side parking for two cars.

It is a southern CA classic....cliffs, rocks, beach and pier. Walk to all or view from your condo.

I can totally recommend the condo without hesitation. The location in Ocean Beach was perfect, above the surf on a bluff, but walking distance down to the beach, rocks and tide pool. It was memorable vacation! The view was impressive from the patio and the living room. We loved looking out on the Pacific. The condo itself was very clean and contained all the necessities. The online pictures were accurate and didn’t do it justice. It’s a perfect vacation condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The view is incredible! Communication was quick and easy. I’d say OB is more for adults than families with kiddos, but would absolutely stay again! Thank you.

Idyllic!

We really enjoyed staying here. The view is beautiful, having parking is an added plus. Ocean Beach is a great, friendly town. Our favorite restaurant was Poma’s Italian Deli. We enjoyed walking for coffee and meals, and taking surfing lessons. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great close to restaurants and stores. My 8-year-old son enjoyed the beach in front of the rental. The view from the living room was gorgeous. The facility was clean and had everything we needed for cooking! I have been staying at many rentals around the OB area, this is the best place! I will definitely come back again.

Great Getaway!

Great place to enjoy the views and the sounds of the ocean! Outside the back gate we were able to take stairs down to the tide pools. Our granddaughter loved it! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this listing.

The pictures online were accurate, but the condo, property, and view were BETTER than the pictures! Also, lots of different shops/ restaurants nearby to walk to. Donna is a great host, extremely prompt with all communications. We definitely want to come back!

Couldn't have been better. Well equipped with everything we needed & perfectly located a short walk from some great restaurants- we got takeout many times so we could return here to enjoy the amazing views on the back patio. Really comfortable & relaxing. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property and amazing time at the condo for our family Thanksgiving reunion. We had everything we needed. Condo was clean and well supplied. Parking was a big plus! Family beach getaway

The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we could need. The views from the patio were fantastic. A short walk down the steps to the beach. We loved hearing the waves crashing on the rocks. It was a quick walk into town for shopping and some great food. The owner Donna was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to stay again! Thanks for a great trip!

Perfect location rain or shine

We were sad to leave this fantastic property and are already discussing when we can return. We stayed for a week we’re thankful for the garage during the heavy rains and enjoyed the patio at the ocean’s edge once the sun appeared. The house is thoughtfully stocked and decorated, including front loading washer and dryer. The location is perfect for exploring the greater San Diego area. We lived vibe of Ocean Beach and local restaurants. Donna’s flexibility was greatly appreciated.

Simply amazing

This house is just amazing. There were 5 of us: myself and my wife, my mom and my 6 & 15 year old. Access to the little beach and cliffs to watch the sunset and play we’re just steps away. Easy to get just and out anywhere with 10/15 min. House had everything you could need and the host Donna was great communication both before and during the stay. Waking up to dolphins swimming might have been the best part. Will definitely stay again.

A great place to stay

Been at this property before so this was my second visit. Always love staying there! The only issue with this trip is that it was impossible to reach the owner for some minor issues that we had. The contact number we were given kept saying that this number was not accepting any calls. Left text messages but never heard back either. That was a bit disappointing but overall had a great stay there. Just glad nothing major had happened as we would not have been able to reach anyone......

Fantastic views from the property!

We were not expecting the views from the property, thought maybe it was the angle of the photos taken. But wow!!! Incredible views from the patio and evening sunset was amazing!! The town of OB is so cool and laid back, artsy hippie feel, super friendly with fun vibe. Wish we had of booked for longer, but next time we will! Neighbor to the left was a real psycho, my son had a small beach ball that landed in her patio and she took it, hid it and would not give it back. The maintenance guy showed up and he found it and gave it back. What a nasty person.

Beautiful Location - Charged cleaning fee for sand, at a beach condo

Great location, beautiful property. Unfortunately wouldn't stay again because we were charged a cleaning fee without any real explanation other than the cleaning crew took longer to clean than usual. We did have children that spilled on a seat and needed a special clean and there was an individual fee for that, totally fair but the other fee for unspecified messiness is silly. Particularly since my semi neurotic polish mother in law helped clean up the property. That said, Sunset cliffs is amazing, and there is a beach just down the walk. Beware of charges though.

Excellent stay! Much better than the pictures!

5 of us (3 big kids ages 20, 22 & 27) and my husband & I stayed 7 nights in Donna's Ocean Beach condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! First off, the condo has been updated in places not reflected in some of the pix. There is tile backsplash in the kitchen, the carpet has been replaced with porcelain wood-look flooring, the coffee table in the living room has been replaced, and it looks like both bathrooms have been renovated and updated. The paint colors in the condo are perfect for the aesthetic too, very calming. We were there during "June Gloom" so I can't comment on beautiful sunsets or sunrises, but it didn't affect our good time. Just hearing the waves crash from the master bedroom and living room all night was mesmerizing. As noted in previous reviews, the condo is very well equipped,Donna, the host, is very responsive, the private garage with double parking space is a huge bonus, and the location of the condo can't be beat! Besides the 93 mile drive to Disneyland (our choice) everything we wanted to see was a 10-30 minute drive, with downtown Ocean Beach within walking distance. There are endless places to eat, drink, shop and be merry...too many to list. If you're a gym rat like my kids, Point Loma Sports Club (15 min away) offers daily and weekly paid memberships. As a runner, I LOVED hoofing it in the beautiful hilly neighborhood around the condo. The flowers, succulents, evergreens, palm trees and the like made for a gorgeous and very aromatic run. We'll be back!

Everything was PERFECT! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the view was more beautiful than the pictures make it seem. Also it is super easy to access the beach from there. The living area is larger than it looks. 7 fit comfortably around the table. We felt at home. We will definitely go back!
