Perfect place to stay- we loved this home. Easy host, great beds, super clean. The walkway between units is more of a community than a side walk between beach and bay. Can’t wait to stay here again

One block away from the beach, plenty of food, drink and coffee options without having to drive. Washer/dryer was convenient, plenty of cookware and seasonings. The parking spots are ideal for a sedan or small SUV but do-able. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, thanks again.

A wonderful location and cute property! Would highly recommend in Fall, Winter and Spring. Unfortunately there is no AC and it was really warm. When the windows are open at night to sleep, you are close to the street so there is road noise. Just something to consider.

Hi, I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We have never needed air conditioning before this. But this summer was extremely hot comparared to other summers and I know it must have been uncomfortable. It it is that hot next summer I will get a portable air conditioner. Yes, the parking spaces are tight, as explained on our website. Mission Beach is such a compact place, that doesn't leave much space for parking. I hope you have a nice winter and thank you again. I can't say enough great things about this home. We loved it. It was stocked, comfortable and in the best location we could ask for. It is essentially a block away from either the beach path or the bay path. The owner was flexible with a change we had to make. I highly recommend this home and would love to stay there again.

This beach house was perfect for our stay for my sister’s 40th birthday! It was clean and spacious. My favorite part was the large patio with a dining table and chairs surrounded by lush tropical plants. The location could not be beat- quick walk to the beach and the bay, coffee shops, brunch spots, and restaurants. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in such a walkable location. Host is extremely responsive and wants her guests to truly enjoy their stay. I’d love to stay again either on another girls trip or with my family!

Recently stayed here early May 2026. Our host was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, even let us change our dates of stay with no problem. The home is clean and very cozy. It's very close to the ocean on one side and the bay on the opposite side, only about one block each way. Very nice location, and relatively close to grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Brilliant location, lovely place to stay

The location was brilliant just across the road from the beach, the lounge was very spacious and with Sky tv and good Wi-Fi both rooms were very nice, comfortable beds, washing machines worked well, nothing to fault. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We enjoyed our visit very much despite having to leave early due to a family emergency. The unit had everything we needed as a family of 4 and was comfortable.Great walking distance to the beach and shops!Marcy was a terrific host, provided excellent recommendations and was easily reachable at all times.
