Guests have private access to the entire cottage and one dedicated parking space.

Unlike other rentals, there is a large parking spot that comes with the house (A huge plus in the summer months when parking is at a premium).
Please note that while an F250 truck can fit in the spot, it can sometimes be difficult getting into the spot, especially if you are not familiar with the vehicle you are driving. If the disabled spot across the alley is open, then it is a breeze as you just pull in there and back into your spot.

Free shared laundry is available onsite.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
- No parties or unapproved visitors allowed
- This property has a strict no-noise-violation policy
- Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property
