This was the perfect place to stay and be close to the beach. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The parking spot was large enough to fit a Kia Carnival comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was spacious and inviting. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras they provided, including beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandbox Beach cottage! The space was very clean and just as pictured. It is located very close to the beach and many restaurants & attractions. The hosts were very responsive and provided helpful suggestions for local restaurants and activities. We would love to stay here again at a future visit back to the area!

It is a very cute and clean cottage blocks from the beach in the heart of Pacific Beach. Definitely on the smaller side, but beautiful and remodeled house on the inside. A/C works sufficiently but the fans definitely helped to keep the air moving. Absolutely would stay there again, with an absolute maximum of 4 people. There just is not enough space for more than 4 to be comfortable. Loved the location, super fun to be in the middle of the action, very close to shopping, dining, beach, and bars.

My daughters and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place was beautifully updated, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts were friendly, available immediately for any questions or concerns and more than willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We made wonderful memories together here and hope to get to stay here again next summer.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandbox. It was just the right size and so close to the beach and restaurants, bars, grocery, everything we needed. The communication with the host was great - she responded to emails almost immediately and was very welcoming. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were so helpful, and the parking space is a terrific perk. I would highly recommend!
