We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The location is unbeatable, right on the boardwalk, but just north enough to miss most of the weekend noise. The condo is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, and all the appliances are in perfect working order. The bed is heavenly, and the fact that it has secure underground parking that fit our mid-size sedan very comfortably is so welcome in this oh so busy area. Our contact for the property, John, was wonderfully helpful, kind, and quick to respond. We travel to San Diego often and this condo has been by far our favorite place to stay.

Fantastic Location

If you're looking for a quiet condo, steps to the boardwalk and beach, and in the heart of the action, this is a great place to consider. Shops, restaurants, and pretty much everything you need is within easy walking distance. Close to the airport and major attractions too. would definitely stay here again, and we like to travel!

Clean condo in great area!

Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, it's close to everything, not a front view, but a side ocean view, you can hear the ocean from the front room and if you open the bedroom window, you can actually hear the ocean, if you're quiet!

Excellent Place!

John was an amazing and helpful Host. Condo is very clean, nicely decorated and well outfitted with all the comforts of home. Bed and furniture are very comfy, as are all linens. Location was perfect for a night out or walk along the beach. Location is very safe, but key and code secure property and parking were a plus! Covered garage was great We didn’t use pool but was clean and well lit . Will book again!

Right next to the beach and in the hub of the action - what more can you ask. Clean apartment with all amenities required for vaca - would recommend. John was a great host as well - helpful and communicative.

Overall, we were very happy with this vacation rental. It had everything we could possibly need and more. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and shopping.The property manager was very responsive and helpful the first day when we had issues with the tv. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

PERFECT

This aapt was perfect for what we needed. EVERYTHING within walking distance yet quiet. Fell asleep at night listening to the surf. The property manager John was excellent. We were having issues with the cable for SuperBowl Sunday ( operator error...aka husband. )John was having a party and without hesitation he came to address the issue. I apoligized and his response was " Thats what I do". We will be back.

The entire place appears to be early 1980’s. The carpets were nasty, dirty and stained. The entire property was in disarray! Other residents told us both sets of stairs have been out of commission for more than a year! Other units on property appeared to have their interiors updated. Over priced for the conditions also! Unacceptable

Overall, the stay was good. The condo is nice and the furnishings were sufficient. The property manager, John, was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We really only had 2 things we were not satisfied with. First, the picture on the listing makes it appear as though the room has a water front view. However, the view is actually of the building next door. If you look out the window to the right, there is a partial ocean view. Secondly, there is no A/C. We were notified about 2 weeks before check-in but by then it was too late to try to get something else booked. Overall, it was a good stay. The property is very close to the beach and also close to lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores

Great Pacific Beach Stay

My partner and I had a fabulous time staying at the condo. It was perfectly located with direct access to the beach and surrounding area. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We appreciated the attentiveness of the owner who made sure we understood all of the check in and check out procedures, along with giving us great recommendations for food and activities in the area.
