The Shark - Pacific Beach

This property is just a few steps away from the beach!! This two-bedroom Pacific Beach vacation rental condo is just one house away from Law St. beach. The beach has bathrooms and lifeguards on duty during the summer. You can even take surf lessons right outside your door. This property is also at the beginning of the boardwalk that goes along the coat for 3 miles down to the end of Mission Beach. Along the boardwalk you will find some shopping, restaurants, including the Wave House where you can watch people try to surf the artificial wave. Better yet, you can try it yourself. Also on the boardwalk, is Belmont Park, where there is the wooden rollercoaster and so much more entertainment for you to check out.  Downtown San Diego is just 20 minutes away, and SeaWorld San Diego is just 4 miles away!! If you want to do some whale-watching, and shopping, or just explore the diverse neighborhoods of La Jolla, just head north 2 miles.

The warm and beach-themed decor will surely make you feel right at home when you enter this Shark Beach Walk getaway. With a front-facing window that looks out at the patio and glass-top table outside, the living room is sunny and inviting. There's a leather couch and chair for relaxing, a flatscreen TV where you can stream your favorite show, and two tall stools that face the kitchen bar. 

This condo is small but has everything you'll need during your vacation with the full kitchen which has gorgeous marble countertops, a high table where you can eat a refreshing breakfast before you hit the beach for the day.

At night, the master bedroom's brightly covered queen-size bed is a perfect oasis, and you'll have full length mirrors covering the closet doors, and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. The other bedroom has two twin-size beds perfect for the kids or a couple of good friends to catch some shut-eye. There's one bathroom with a shower/tub combo that everyone can use to get the salt out of their hair after a day at the beach. With Wi-Fi, a gas grill in the front shared-space patio, and beach equipment available for your enjoyment, this home is ideal for any phase of your beach vacation. 

With the incredible Pacific Ocean at your feet, there's tons of options to choose from as far as swimming, surfing, sailing, or anything water-related goes. Mission Bay and Mission Beach are only a few minutes' drive or bike ride, and Pacific Beach is only a few quick walk away. 

All the incredible shopping, restaurants and fun nightlife of downtown San Diego are within a 20 minute drive, and the tourist-favorite Midway area and Columbia waterfront are about the same distance. SeaWorld San Diego is within biking distance, as well as La Jolla and many other parks! San Diego has tons of interesting neighborhoods and picturesque views, and they are all accessible from this conveniently located spot!
