Beautiful condo is located just 1 block to the ocean and Mission Bay, and it is situated on the border of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Across the street (1 short block) to beach, bay, restaurants, and nightlife--yet still very quiet and comfortable:

Elevator is right next to unit also.
Family entertainment is within walking distance. Park two cars in your reserved dedicated spots and walk the rest of the week! You can stroll (15 min via beach boardwalk) to Belmont Park, ride the Roller Coaster, buy some cotton candy and play carnival/arcade games. This condo sleeps 7.
It's an easy drive to Sea World, SD Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Del Mar Racetrack, Scripps Aquarium, and more!

There's a sofa and love seat in living room.

The living room is equipped with a 50' Sony flat screen smart TV. There is a king bed in master and queen in east-facing bedroom, and one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top.

Upper bedrooms have ceiling fans and window coverings.

The Master Bath is equipped with his and her sinks/ shower heads.

This 3- bedroom condo is beautifully furnished. The kitchen has state-of-the-art/ top-of-the-line designer stainless steel appliances. All dishes, pots, and pans are in excellent condition.

The balcony has a view of palm trees and the Catamaran resort next door. The balcony features a cocktail table that is perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing with evening drinks for two. You may also carry your morning coffee across the street and enjoy it in the sand!

Fabulous Location

This condo is located in a great location. Beach a short block away, 20 minutes to a variety of attractions and shopping/restaurants nearby. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again

Perfect location

This trip started off perfectly with great check in directions. The house was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Great parking garage with 2 spaces was very accommodating. The location of this place is perfect for going to the beach, places to eat, groceries and nightlife! Sue was very helpful and checked up on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely rent again when we return to San Diego!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Pacific Beach!

This condo was the perfect spot for our family’s trip to San Diego! With three teenage boys, we needed space, convenience, and comfort—and this place delivered on all fronts. The location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore Pacific Beach, the bay, and all of San Diego.The condo was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and communicated everything clearly, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. We had zero complaints—just an all-around fantastic experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in PB!

Great Location!

Crown Point is a perfect place for a family vacation in San Diego. There was plenty of space for four adults and two children. The unit had everything we needed. It is very close to the beach and in walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Further, it is close to several other popular attractions. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfy! Well stocked but we were so busy with a family wedding we couldn’t take advantage of the beach supplies. Parking space was super helpful!

Convenient and clean

Condo was very well stocked, very clean, very comfortable and close to everything. Just a walk across the street to the beach. Walk to Ralph’s for groceries. Walk to restaurants & bars. Sue was very easy to communicate with. She replied to us promptly each time. We liked the security features and 2 parking spots were a plus even though we only had 1 truck.

Pacific Beach Fun

This was a perfect location for our weekend in Pacific Beach. We were within walking distance to all of our other family members who were staying throughout PB and Mission Bay. The condo is well equipped for the beach with chairs, boogy boards and beach toys. It was clean and very comfortable. The entry to the buildng is a bit confusing but once we figured it out it was smooth sailing. One block to the beach and one block to the bay. Perfect! I would definitely return to this property if returning to San Diego.

Amazing stay

This was an amazing condo. Clean, well stocked, two parking spots, location was one block from the beach and a block from Groceries, restaurants and liquor store. Easy access to all over San Diego- less than 20 mins to anywhere. Our kids were sad to leave!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed 8 nights and I think we only got in the car 3 times. Two of the times were to drive to Del Mar for horse racing. One block to the beach and endless shops and restaurants within walking distance. This was our 1st time staying here and we will be back again.

Great location and super easy

Susie was easy to connect with from the start and when we arrived we were truly happy with all the accommodations at the unit. Great location and 2 parking spots were perfect when we had a couple of friends drop by on different days. We had all our adult children and they were extremely happy to see the location in the social center of PB.. great food and access to grocery, pharmacy and a great beach spot right across the street. What a Blast!

My wife and I gave weekend trip to Sea World and San Diego as a Christmas present to our daughters, sons in law and twin grandsons. This condo was the perfect location. It was a short walk to the beach and bars, a short drive to Sea World and another short drive to a great beach in Mission Bay for an afternoon of paddle boarding. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The condo was clean, roomy and very comfortable. As we left, my eldest daughter asked when we are doing this again, having Christmas in June:) Great place and truly memorable long weekend!

Perfect location for a SD getaway

We selected this condo for our family to stay in while we attended a wedding. The condo is right across the street from the resort the wedding was at (The Catamaran) so that was very convenient. The instructions on getting into the building were not very clear. At first our GPS took us to the back of the building, so we had to backtrack to the other side. Once we parked in the green curved area you have to get out of the car and walk to either the North or South end of the building where there is a tan colored gate with a staircase behind it. These details should have been in the instructions. This is the keypad to use to put the code in. All condos are on the second level. Once that was all figured out though everything was great! The condo was well equipped with beach supplies, kitchen equipment, etc. we had a toddler with us and the condo had a pack n play, stroller, and high chair as well. We brought our own plug covers for child proofing (and left them there for future use). We had one small issue with the tub in the downstairs bathroom not draining. After leaving a message with the owner she did call me back and said she’d have a plumber take a look at it the following day (our checkout day). It wasn’t a problem for us as we had already bathed the kids and had no future use for it. Over all I would definitely stay in this condo again. It was so conveniently located right in between the beach and the bay. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Nice condo by the beach!

Very nice and comfortable condo only one block from the beach, shops and restaurants. Great location near many San Diego attractions. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
