I was thought the property was in Mission Bay but was actually east of Interstate 5. However, it was a quiet neighborhood and the house had a pretty good view. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living area was comfortable. One bedroom was a great place for a couple of kids to sleep so this house would be good for a family with no more than 3 small children.

Demi, I always strive to give a 5 star experience and it looks like I fell short. Just to clarify a couple of things you wrote. I've never advertised the property as being in Mission Bay so I don't know how you got that idea. I am very close to Mission Bay and from the house there is an outstanding view of Mission Bay. I'm puzzled why you comment that the house would only hold a family with 3 kids. Although one bedroom is set up for kids with a bunk bed, it also has a queen bed underneath that many parents have enjoyed plus 2 other bedrooms, three total. The master has a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. So the house can comfortably accommodate a much larger group.

This place was amazing. Very roomy, beautiful views and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of street parking. We rent places in SD multiple times a year and this has been our favorite. This will ne our first choice every time.

Ron was very quick to help. We had a clogged shower drain and he had a plumber out the next day. We also had the coffee maker break and he shipped one to us within a day. Great host, very responsive!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we loved being able to open up the whole back wall and enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. Ron was wonderful to communicate with. The neighborhood is quiet and very centrally located. We never had more than a 15 minute drive to anywhere we went in the city. The ONLY downside was the top bunk. It's very wobbly and none of my kids wanted to sleep up there. Luckily they don't mind sharing a bed so it wasn't a problem, but something to keep in mind. Overall we will definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to San Diego.

This was awesome for our family vacation. Great location with nothing we did more than 20 minutes away. Very clean house and stocked with anything you could need. Ron was responsive for any questions we had.

What an AMAZING property! One of the top 5 I've stayed in. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house was immaculate, nicely furnished, and quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, and the linens were a nice quality. There was a thoughtful selection of pantry items which is a rare surprise. The host, Ron, was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The night views from the back patio were lovely, and the accordion windows that opened across the back of the home made it even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would absolutely recommend this home for a San Diego vacation!

A bright, clean, comfortable home with a beautiful view, easy access to the area, easy parking and a few “bells and whistles” to keep your techie happy. Our host responded quickly to questions and provided plenty of information at the site to make things easy.

The home is beautiful, very clean, provided everything we needed even coffee filters! Pretty view of San Diego. After doing typical tourist things we looked forward to returning to the home, opening the floor to ceiling sliding doors, sitting on the deck with our wine and enjoying the view.

Great place in a central location. We were close to everything and the place was perfect. The house has everything you need for a great stay including a fully stocked kitchen and useful bar area. You can't beat the view and the ability to open the house to the deck. Host was very responsive to all questions. All good!
