BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

HOUSE DETAILS
Our luxurious vacation home "Pacific Sands #715" offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and is located steps from the beach. With it's 1,200 sq.ft. living space and 600 sq.ft. outside space this stunning home offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation by the beach and is the perfect get-away for a group of 7 people (5 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

This lower of a two unit home, is only 50 feet from the ocean and in short walking distance to the bay and enjoy the luxury of a spacious furnished patio with gas BBQ and partial ocean views.

AMENITIES
Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, big screen TV in the living room, TV in one of the bedrooms, central heating, cable TV, high speed internet, 2 car tandem parking plus 1 car garage and washer/dryer.Please note, the unit does not offer AC.

Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

Located in Central Mission Beach, 50 feet from the ocean and steps away from the bay, the location of this 3BR, 2BA beach jewel could not be any better.

PLEASE NOTE
Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 7 people (5 adults max).
For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

Beautifully remodeled duplex just two houses from sand with partial view of beach from front yard and upstairs deck. Comfy beds and the sound of ocean waves through the window made for dreamy sleeping. Walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed our relaxing stay this week and would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible week at this Mission Beach house! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every amenity you could possibly need — from beach gear to a fully stocked kitchen. The location couldn’t be better — literally steps to the sand and walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk.The home itself was comfortable, modern, and perfectly set up for relaxing after a day at the beach. You can tell the owners and management team really care about their guests — everything was thoughtfully organized and easy to use. The management company was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless.We’ve stayed at plenty of rentals over the years, and this one truly stood out. Perfect location, great communication, and everything you could ask for in a beach getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Beach house paradise!

It was perfect for our family get-away. We had everything we needed and so perfectly located within walking/biking distance of just about everything we needed. The area was quiet when it was supposed to be and you could hear the ocean just a few steps away. The house was very clean as well. Loved it and will return.

Quiet getaway

This is our 2nd stay at this property. Very nice location and amenities. The area is much quieter than being right on the beach boardwalk. Only 30 seconds to the beach. Met some of the locals this time. Nice people in the neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shops. We will stay again. The rental staff is always helpful and courteous.

Beautiful beachouse

This house was absolutely perfect. Perfect proximity to the best part of mIssion Beach. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. The only thing missing was a can opener (which we bought and left with the house). It was a bit noisy when the upstairs guests arrived, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Thanks for a perfect San Diego vacation!

Nice house but

Tv and internet did not work on arrival my Jeep didn't fit in the garage it was to long could barely fit it in side parking. The management team was quick to respond and very helpful. It is also a multi level unit with a second unit above you and the walls are paper thin.

Fantastic Home on Mission Beach

We’ve stayed in MB before but this was our first experience in a rental that really felt like home and not just a repainted apartment. Certainly was a step up in $$ which was evident in the quality. Being down the beach meant quieter airplane traffic which was noticeable. Parking was primo. Great beach access, the second floor deck and main patio were wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed. Sept 5 very comfortably. Two cousins shared a room with day bed with a trundle which was tight quarters but they like each other so it worked out fine for a holiday. Highly recommended.

It was a nice home. Wish the second bathroom had a working shower and we were confused with the coin laundry detail in the description. We emailed about the second bathroom not having a working shower but didn’t get a response. When we arrived it was very stuffy and hot. Overall though it was a good location, clean and we enjoyed the house.

Great Property but a few things to know before you book

Overall the property is great. The location is very close to the beach. Inside is updated and very clean and kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The few things to be aware of - the beds upstairs extremely hard. So hard we couldn’t comfortably sleep. My husband ended up on the trundle bed downstairs and I slept on the couch. I did try to buy a mattress topper from Amazon which wasn’t great but I ended up using on the couch to make it more comfortable. Two 14 year olds slept on the beds and were fine. Also note the garage is pretty small Cars/smaller suvs would fit. But be sure to a check dimensions. They do offer a spot on the side of the house too that worked great. The garage was stocked with beach chairs and a few boogie boards. There were also beach toys on the patio. Overall this is a great property and would have been 5/5 if the beds were more comfortable.

Super close to the beach!

The place was really hard to find. There weren't any numbers on the outside of the bldg and no instructions to where the front door actually was. The garage we had was extremely small our suv almost didn't fit. We had an ant problem and had to toss some food which was inconvenient. The door on the downstairs bathroom door was hard to close, you had to slam it to get it to close. The upstairs unit was extremely loud, you can hear everything. New people came in on Saturday and I ended up having to go knock on the door because they were so loud and it was after 10pm. Other than that our stay was nice and it was really close to the beach which was really great.

I rent VRBOs in Mission/PB regularly for work and bringing my family to the area. I don't like leaving negative reviews. We really loved everything about this place - the layout, the proximity to the beach, bay, and restaurants, nice view from the upstairs patio, plenty of parking. Everything was clean and taken care of. The only issue is if there are upstairs renters. The hallway leading to the upstairs entry is separated by a thin door, which echos and feels like the other unit's guests are in your unit. One morning at 7am, one of the guests was exercising on the deck / living area above the bedroom. they were sliding the furniture around, it was loud. Another morning one of the guests had an east coast conference call, at 5am. Sliding furniture again, walking around, no sleep was to be had. I went to their door to see if maybe they could be quieter since it was still dark outside. they never came to the door. I was in contact with the property manager, she was nice enough, and said she had spoken to the guests. they were relatively quiet on their final morning. The reality is that this house was not designed to have both units rented at the same time. no fault to the guests above, they were just doing their thing. the place is just loud. I would stay here again if I knew there was no guests upstairs. I'm sure they will continue to rent both units and this unit will have below average reviews.
