Welcome to Seagirt Retreat, where you can enjoy panoramic ocean views from every level. This contemporary beach home features four bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests across four comfortable bedrooms, including two master suites. Relax in the living room with open cantina doors, immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of the ocean waves.

Spanning 1,550 square feet of bright and open living space, our home is perfect for families and travelers eager to experience all that San Diego has to offer. The kitchen and living areas are located on the second floor, featuring new furnishings, updated appliances, new cabinets, California closets, and hardwood flooring throughout. The private garage can accommodate one SUV and includes a washer and dryer. Our home benefits from southern sun exposure, providing natural light throughout the living space. There are three balconies: one overlooking the neighborhood, and two offering stunning ocean views.

When you're not exploring San Diego's renowned restaurants, prepare a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen and enjoy a memorable family dinner at the adjoining dining table. Additional amenities include five smart flat-screen TVs with Direct TV, hairdryers, ceiling fans in every room, and wireless internet access. After a day of adventures, unwind with family and friends on one of the balconies or the patio, enjoying the ocean views and the calming sounds of the waves.

Spring Break in San Diego

The perfect house!

This house was perfect for our two families of 4 to meet up for Thanksgiving. Everyone had a bed and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. There is a clear view of the beach from the living room and both decks, which was fabulous for watching the sunset and dolphins! Everything is well labeled and instructions are clear. We had everything we needed to prepare and host Thanksgiving dinner. These hosts have thought of everything. Beach chairs? Check! Beach towels? Check! We would totally stay again. I would say the only things that may not be quite clear in the listing (but did not affect our experience negatively) is that you really can’t fit two cars in the garage unless you have something small like a mini-cooper. We had two sedans and they both couldn’t fit. Also, the shower in one of the upstairs bedrooms is VERY small and not really comfortable for anyone over 5’ tall. I would also advise this house is not ADA friendly, if that’s something you need. I don’t believe it’s advertised as such but just good to know if you have someone who has mobility issues or problems with stairs.

Fabulous Getaway

This house is just as advertised! It was perfect for a larger group including 3 set of adults and 4 children including a newborn. The hosts were very responsive and available. Very nice house

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this home very close to the beach. It was very well appointed and maintained and there was plenty of beach supplies to use such as chairs and umbrellas, etc.. The directions to operate much of the equipment was appreciated. And it was the most well equipped home kitchen that we have ever rented.

Quick Mission Beach Get Away

Overall, a great stay! The house is truly in a perfect location. So close to the beach and hanging out on the balcony looking at the waves is the best way to spend an hour or two - or a whole day! The house was large enough to accommodate our needs (8 adults) - including a large kitchen table that we could all sit comfortably around to eat and play games. There were enough bedrooms for each couple to have a room with only one common bathroom. The bed and pillows were a little firm for my personal taste so recommend bringing your own pillow if you can. The top floor has 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms which worked out great. Just a note that one of the bathrooms is small - especially the shower. I doubt my 6’2” tall husband would have been able to use it.

The place was great. My only negative is the garage size should have been stated. We had about an inch left to get our SUV in the garage! Too many labels on EVERYTHING. We laughed about it.

Amazing beach house

10 of us stayed very comfortably in this beautiful house steps from Mission Beach! All of our expectations were exceeded. House was clean and very organized. Host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow and host responded to communication promptly! Plenty of linens and towels are provided and the beds are very comfortable. Pay attention to the parking warning, the garage is pretty tight - we did manage to get a minivan and a small car in there but it was very tight and there is no on street parking close by. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again!

Great house for a family vacation

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had an extended family stay fit all 9 of us, including an infant. It was nice that everything was so close to the beach, including restaurants and shops. The house was clean and the extras like beach chairs were very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay!

The house is very clean and as advertised. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you will need. We had brought some favorite cooking pots from home and would not have had to do that. There are plenty of towels and paper products. All eight of us fit comfortably on the couch on the rare occasion we stopped for a little down time. The beds are comfortable with spare blankets if needed. The hosts are friendly and responsive. We stayed for seven nights which flew by and we hope to return. We definitely would book this house again!

OCTOBER BREAK FAMILY VCATION

This was our annual family vacation on mission beach. Wonderful property!!! Plenty of beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and sand toys. The 3 level house had plenty of room, a nice large kitchen table that seats 8 easily. Tankless hot water, we never ran out of hot water with everyone taking showers. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. 4 full baths made it very nice with a large group. Really close to the beach, overall a fantastic home and location. We will be staying here again in the future. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

The Beach! As a family, we love the beach and have wonderful memories of time spent by the ocean. Our home is located just 3 houses from the beach, so you can enjoy being on the beach or simply enjoying the ocean views. Mission Beach has a small town feel and it is refreshing to park our car and walk! We love that we can get away from it all, unplug and just relax when we are here. With our home, we wanted to create a timeless, simple, clean and functional space that we can pass down for generations to come. We are excited to welcome our guests to enjoy all of the elements that make our house a home.
