For a beach home close to LaJolla shores this is an excellent property. Very convenient walk to a beautiful beach and easy access to shopping the zoo and a lovely aquarium just 5 min away. My only disappointment was the kitchen isn't well stocked so you basically have to provide everything. Also for a week long stay they should provide more pods for the dishwasher and soap for the laundry. The home itself is lovely and the added AC was most welcome.

The location of the home is great and really close to the beach. The house is fun and spacious. There were some nice chairs, towels, and wagon for the beach. There is only AC upstairs so the downstairs in the kitchen area was quite warm. The kitchen situation was very frustrating for our visit. We bought groceries and then found out that the refrigerator was not cooling. The frustrating part is there was a secondary thermometer in the refrigerator which signals owners were already having complications with the refrigerator and didn’t fix it or let us know before we bought groceries and made plans to cook on our trip. Management was quick to respond and get someone out there, but there was no fix during our stay. The kitchen is not well equipped. There were no hot pads, the oven didn’t work correctly, and it has a grill but no tools to cook with. I had to wash many of the pots and pans because they were not clean. The kitchen is the bonus with a VRBO and for the price of this rental it should be better equipped and clean.

Beautiful home with great outdoor space! Across the street from the beach and a quick 5 minute walk to La Jolla Shores restaurants and shops. We were a group of 6 friends and this home was perfect!

Great Family Reunion

We stayed at this lovely house for a long weekend and the home and location are fantastic. Easily walkable to the beach, downtown, food and bars. We had ten adults and two infants and the home was spacious enough for all.

Wonderful property! A true Gem

This property is better than the pictures- we loved it! Such a gorgeous, comfortable home- in an amazing neighborhood. Close to the beach, can walk to restaurants…. It was perfect! Will be booking it again.
