Centrally located in La Jolla on Soledad Mt. Close to La Jolla and the village, Pacific Beach and Birdrock. Easy to get anywhere; downtown is within 10 minutes of downtown sites, airport, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Golfing and a quick drive up the 5 freeway to Del Mar fairgrounds. This home is pet friendly with a local dog park just 100 yards away.

Parking is dream with 4 spots in driveway and tons of street parking directly in front of home. Interior of garage is used as owner's storage.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE
This is a large comfortable home with room for everyone. The large family room offers comfortable dining table seating for 8 and an additional 7 at kitchen island. The family and formal living areas seamlessly transition to a completely remodeled kitchen area. If you cook, you'll enjoy how the kitchen wall disappears to the large deck outside with more seating, a fire pit and views galore.

The family room has a large screen TV, bar and another disappearing glass wall to the front courtyard pool area. House feels humongous when you open both sliders and let the sea breeze come in. A rarity, Central Air Conditioning will keep you cool if the weather gets a bit warm.

Living room is cozy and relaxing with its own TV, modern lighting and a slider to the back deck. The cozy, large couch will be a place to relax after a long day at the Zoo, Seaworld, La Jolla Shores, etc.

I do have available a few children's items; Pack and Play, highchair, baby gate. If you need these please note this in your booking message.
MASTER BED ROOM - In suite KING, sleep number BED with TV and its own deck. Romantic view from Master bed is of bay and city lights. Sleeps 2

BEDROOM 2 - QUEEN BED with direct access to courtyard, Jacuzzi, pool and fire pit. TV. Sleeps 2

BEDROOM 3- QUEEN BED quiet and cool. TV sleeps 2

BEDROOM 4 - QUEEN BED. Direct access to courtyard, pool, Jacuzzi and fire pit. TV. Sleeps 2.

BEDROOM 5 - KING SIZE sleep number bed. Quiet downstairs privacy with private deck and its own in suite bathroom. TV

Optional LIVING ROOM - large comfortable couch can sleep 2 children if necessary.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

Booking is not confirmed until you have signed and returned our rental agreement with a copy of photo id.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!

There are 12 steps to the lower level.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties. QUIET HOURS ARE 10 PM TO 6 AM noise monitors are in place in outdoor areas. Do not remove. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strongly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Bahia Rentals.



he home is equipped with several exterior security cameras and a doorbell exterior camera used for security monitoring purposes.

*PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING**
While our #1 priority is ensuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation.

1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.

2. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.

3. No glass is permitted on the pool deck or in the jacuzzi.

4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home.

5. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

6. Our pool does not have a child's safety fence directly surrounding the perimeter of the pool. Please be advised of this safety concern when booking the property. The home is an indoor/outdoor space, with many doors directly opening onto the backyard pool area. All individuals on the premises/pool, assume full liability for any injuries, damages or losses that may occur.

7. For your comfort, the Pool can be heated. Make Request at your booking. Due to CA increasing gas/electric prices, the fee is 100$ per-day or 600$per week. Spa is complimentary and can be heated by visitors directly from app at any time. This extra payment will be charged as an extra service through VRBO.

8. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.

Cleaning Fee's - We use only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law. 350$
