Perfect location for relaxing getaway

The condo has everything you would need for a great vacation. The location is absolutely perfect. The location combined with the perfect San Diego weather makes it hard to beat.

Nice time at PB…

The condo was excellent and we all enjoyed our time. The 4-star rating on “check in” process is due to, IMO; some added details as to where to park while checking in to considering to tell the guest the name of the condo (more detailed information). Thanks, we had a very enjoyable time in PB and will definitely rent this condo again when we’re in PB!!

Right on the Beach

This property is conveniently located right on the water, and near to restaurants, bars and shopping. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed Southern California completely! The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful- and the maintenance guy was great too. The beds are comfy and the furniture was very nice. No bugs, no pests- clean!

Perfect West Coast Vacation

This unit is beautiful. You can tell how much care and attention the owners have given it to make sure it stands out. The furniture was well laid out for talking or watching TV and was very comfortable for relaxing. The beds were like sleeping on clouds! Everything we needed was there. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants or to people watch. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area.

EXCELLENT!!!

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the location and easy access to everything. Loved being on the top floor away from the busy boardwalk and having such a beautiful view of the pier and waves. The unit was beautifully updated. Two recommendations…the master bath door needs to be fixed because it was hard to open and if there was a way to put a blind over the window to block light it would be better for sleeping. Otherwise our stay was perfect! Thank you so much!!!

Perfect Location for a Beach Vacation

Great, top floor location directly overlooking the ocean walk and, of course, the beach and ocean. Easily walkable to many bars, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Parking could not be more convenient. Easy 10-mile, 20-minute drive to the major SD attractions. Getting into the condo and parking garage the first time is a little bit of a treasure hunt, but the directions are accurate. By day 2, getting in and out is a non-event. There is elevator access to the 4th floor at both ends of the building. The elevators are a little dated (carpet on ceiling needs updating!) but there were not a lot of users so wait times were minimal. The condo is well organized with comfortable furniture and is super clean. There is lots of storage space. It includes two small patios that are perfectly positioned to watch the sun set. The kitchen is fully equipped including a new Keurig (I only mention that because it doesn’t show up in the listing). If there were any neighbors, they were quiet. Operating the TV requires 3 remotes and an advanced degree, but I was up for the challenge! We enjoyed our stay. I would rent this place again.

Great location. Condo was updated and very clean. Nice comfortable furniture. Beds were softer than we prefer, but still able to sleep well:) Hubby appreciated the BIG screen TVs! Kitchen was well supplied. Bathrooms had plenty of towels & tp. Communication was great. Okay so there is no ac, but when we were there the weather was just right. I would recommend to family & friends.

Best Arizona Escape

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach, in large part due to this condo and its location. Being right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops was perfect. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and has stunning beach views. We were able to walk to everything. It was also easy to get an Uber to more distant venues for those of us intimidated by driving in San Diego! Best beach house in Pacific Beach!

Great location for family

Super happy to say we totally enjoyed this top floor condo over looking the beach. Great location to lots of quick eats, sit down restaurants, and Trident coffee. Unit was nicely updated, ocean breezes all day long. I am have A/C at home so i thought the heat would get me, but just open the sliding doors and it cools off quickly. Great access to beach, boardwalk was a huge plus. Elevator is slow. Love this condo and am definitely booking for next summer

My family has owned condos in this building since it was built in 1974. I was born and raised in San Diego. My parents used to do vacation rentals in the 1970's and 1980's, and then lease the condos long term. We recently decided to start doing the vacation rentals again.

What makes this property unique

This unit is much larger than the other, almost 1200 sq. ft, vaulted ceiling, top floor and direct ocean front in the heart of Pacific beach. Completely renovated, it has new kitchen appliances, new leather couches, chairs and 3 large flat screen smart tv's.
