Our home has been host to traveling nurses and doctors since we began this adventure several years ago. Now it's time to share our hidden hideaway with travelers. Come enjoy this quiet open space while visiting "America's Finest City." The distance from the freeway to our cul-de-sac is quirky, but we are off the beaten path, and a close skip to renowned breweries, missions, universities and several other points of interest.

I stayed at this house during a weekend for a family reunion. The house was great: spacious, clean, welcoming. The host is very professional and one can tell that takes very good care of the house and their guests. I highly recommend this property.
This place was perfect for my party of 6 adults. The house was immaculately clean through and through and all of us enjoyed our stay. It was a central location while also being away from the city hustle. A nice and quiet neighborhood. The host was prompt in responding and very accommodating. I would stay here again on any trip back in SD.
I had a wonderful stay at Genina’s property listed!
The property itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and Genina was very responsive and accommodating.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with their family or friends in San Diego!
A group of bridesmaids stayed here for the week of my sister’s wedding. We had the most wonderful time. Everything we needed down to shampoo, beach towels, and an iron was provided, and more! The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole house was cozy. We loved the vintage charm of the decor that met with the modern features. I would definitely recommend this stay for large groups!
This was a beautiful, comfortable home!! We had 5 adults, used all 3 bedrooms, and we were very relaxed to enjoy a quick 3 night visit. It is NOT one that is walkable to destinations, but we were fine with using Uber to get anywhere we wanted to go! We never waited more than 6-8 minutes for an Uber. Andreas was not only responsive but he was helpful and had many great suggestions for places to go.
We had planned a trip to Seawirld San Diego for 2 days. Decided to add the Midway Museum in our first day. Great location for Seaworld and Downtown activities. The house was just as advertised, the Host brought over a propane cylinder right away when we had noticed that the existing one was empty. She was very helpful with ideas to do and the house cooled quickly in the early evening by just opening windows. Had anexcellent time. With look up this listing again on any return trips to San Diego.
What a wonderful place to stay! We traveled to Fox Canyon for our granddaughter's 16th birthday. Genina reached out and thanks for renter the property and ask what had brought us to San Diego. I explained it was to celebrate our granddaughter's 16th birthday.
Genina and Andreas made it special with a happy birthday wish as we entered the property, made everyones day!The hosts were super accommodating, the property was cleaning and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. I don't think we traveled more than 30 minutes to see all the major attractions in San Diego. After a long day of site seeing, touring and shopping, this was the best place to relax and renew for tomorrows adventure.
When we return, this will be the property we will stay at!
The home was tucked away in a cul de sac so we had no traffic driving by. The owner has thought of everything you may need. Even games in the garage including items to take to the beach. We could have just brought our clothes. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We cooked in the home since dining out is crazy expensive. Loved that it was gas cooking just like home. Located close to major highway so we had no problems getting around. We definitely would stay again. Highly recommended.
The hosts were amazing. They communicated right away with any of emails. The house was very clean, and a nice layout. We used all of the bedrooms. We are 2 grandparents that brought 3 grandkids to San Diego for their Christmas gift. One of our sons came also. So it was a perfect space for us. The kids were 14, 13 & 10. The hosts left a really nice display of fruit for us and tea, coffee, hot chocolate. It was a nice touch. The beds were really comfortable and the linens were really nice. There were signs throughout the house that helped you navigate any questions. We liked that. One of our main events was going to the Zoo & Seaworld and they were both very close. It was a great place to stay!! Five stars all around.
We came to San Diego for a multi-day wedding. The temps were high and the beach areas were crowed during this Labor Day weekend, so we truly enjoyed this quiet, spacious, air conditioned home. Also, there were many amenities including, games, ping pong, boogie boards, and more. Would love to stay again.
My family traveled from Dubai and was visiting San Diego for the first time - we had an absolutely lovely stay at Genina’s home. Smooth check-in, extremely functional & gorgeous home, had everything we could’ve needed and more, smooth wifi, convenient location and parking. Genina was also very kind in accommodating our travel plans for check-out accordingly. Would love to stay here again!
We had a great stay! The property had everything we needed and was in a very quiet and nice location. Hosts were responsive and very accommodating. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay and didn’t encounter any problems to speak of. There were lots of notes with instructions and recommendations. The driveway was a bit tricky.
In town for son’s graduation from SDSU with 2 couples and grandma. Beds are sooo comfy, everyone slept well. Location is very near college and the viejas arena. The interior design is wonderful, inviting and thoughtful. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Outdoor patio and garden space with succulents was perfect for us. Hosts were quick with responses, friendly gave us great recommendations. Absolutely would stay here again.
In town for my daughter’s baby shower. My son his family, my husband and I. The house had everything we needed. We used the bbq in the yard twice. The kids loved ping pong table. Was a great few days! Would recommend to anyone visiting San Diego!
Genina and Andreas were great hosts! The property is tucked away on a cul de sac with a private outdoor area backing up to a canyon. There is off street parking. The pictures perfectly depict the home, space, and decor. The house was CLEAN! I’d give it a 10! Beds were super comfortable and ample space for four adults to eat a meal and relax together. We appreciated the space and how comfortable it was for all of us. We would definitely stay again.
The was was immaculate and decorated so nicely. It was very well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. The hosts were so accommodating and very nice! We would definitely stay here again!
