This beautiful beach house was completed in the Fall 2016 and has everything you could want for a memorable beach getaway. It is about 4 blocks south of Belmont park and an easy walk in the opposite direction to the Jetty. A perfect location for a peaceful vacation and also a short ride to the many fun activities in and around San Diego. A quick walk to bike, kayak, paddleboard or boat rentals. A quick drive to Downtown, Gaslamp, Old Town, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, Ocean Beach, Point Loma and more.

This house has a complete living room with large flat screen tv, gourmet kitchen with beautiful quartz counter tops and dining table. All open concept space leading out to a spacious patio with ocean views. This ground level also has the master bedroom with a large flat screen tv and luxuriousmaster bathroom.

The second floor has 2 more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with sliding glass doors to a beautiful balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has a full size pull out couch with another large flat screen tv. This room can also be used as a sitting room or tv room for the kids. It also has a glass door to the balcony with gorgeous ocean views.

There is a beautiful full tile bathroom and a washer/dryer on the second floor.

Towels and linens are provided. There are also beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and an outside shower to rinse after the beach.

There is 1 parking space for midsized car. SUVs and pickups will not fit.

The unit has high speed WiFi and cable tv.

The perfect home away from home!!

The ground floor can be rented as a 1 bedroom (2 people) in the off season.

Wonderfully Lovely and Clean House so Close to the Beach

What a beautiful property in a nice community setting. We loved the house and the proximity to the beach and Bellmont Park.

Overall a great property. It would have been nice if the 3rd bedroom had an actual bed in it, and not a pullout. Other than that, the property was excellent

Perfect location, best hosts

The property is just as described. Great views of the beach from upstairs bedrooms. Clean. Perfect location to get to the beach, yet off it enough to be relaxing away from crowds. Neighbors are wonderful. BBQ grill is added plus for home cooking. Can't wait to go hack

San Diego Beach House

We had a great stay at this beach house. The house was clean and well appointed. We loved eating dinner on the patio. Proximity to the beach is a big plus as well as the short drive to Seaworld. For information, we were able to fit our minivan in the parking space but we had to get out first before my husband parked and then he came out the back. Do not plan on street parking because there will be none.

Great location

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect, house is clean. The host was super accommodating as well! The third bedroom is a pullout couch so I wouldn’t recommend that for adults but we still enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness/prime location of the home!
