This beachfront condo is part of a private, gated complex with an underground secure garage and 2 parking spaces, plus an elevator. The Beach Club is located on the beach, with no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It features its own heated shower to rinse off after the beach, a heated pool, and a Jacuzzi hot tub area with plenty of lounge chairs. Barbecue area featuring several gas grills and tables, perfect for enjoying a fresh catch or steak in the spacious garden courtyard. This resort-style courtyard is a lifesaver for your vacation! Although the weather is great in San Diego, if a day/afternoon gets cool/windy, you will be grateful you chose our property!!!

About the Unit:
This condo is a second-floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct view of the ocean, park, pier, and picturesque Coronado Islands. Sleeps up to six people. Two bedrooms, two full baths, both with showers and tubs. The master has a king bed, the second room has a queen and twin, the front room has an "L" shape couch and a high-quality queen air bed (Preferred by past guests over a fold-out bed!). You'll relax to the soothing sound of the Pacific Ocean waves and fresh ocean air. Open concept kitchen/living room, all with a view of the beach and Pacific Ocean! Modest private ocean view balcony.

Beach town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Stroll on the beach, head south or north, as the beach is long for those looking for a private romantic scene. Walk out on the fishing pier and eat breakfast/lunch. Excellent fishing, swimming/surfing! Watch or participate! The property was great, we enjoyed spending time with our family on our first trip to CA. The property was clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The ocean view was nice but if you are ocean swimmers this is not the beach for you due to hazardous water conditions. Obviously it is not the fault of the owner and the property itself was great!

We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with this condo! The property was spotless from the moment we arrived, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location on the beach was perfect, and the condo itself was gorgeous with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.During our stay, the air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working. While things like that can happen anywhere, what really stood out was how incredible the host was. Within just a few hours, they had portable A/C units delivered to make sure we stayed comfortable for the rest of our trip. They truly went above and beyond. They also checked in with us throughout our stay, communicated quickly, and were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating.We genuinely have zero complaints and can’t recommend this condo enough. This will absolutely be our yearly San Diego vacation rental. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, we can’t wait to come back!

Condo was just like online pictures and owner was always responsive. We grilled poolside, enjoyed the hottub and balcony and did lots of sea shell hunting. Only drawback was that some days there is warnings of the ocean water being contaminated. Easy half hour drive to many attractions like the zoo and Sea World.

Very clean. Accurate pictures depicting proximity to beach/ocean. Great restaurant on pier visible from condo, not a long walk to get there. Other tasty local restaurants nearby, including pizza place found on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.Great communication at time of booking and periodically leading up to rental.Check-in process took some time due to having to walk up to unit to get gate keys, then back down to park car in garage, but not too bad. Safe parking in garage.Opened up windows every morning to hear the waves crashing or just sat out on balcony.

The host were incredibly communicative, thoughtful and organized. Our stay was wonderful and the accommodations were wonderful. We were so grateful for the covered underground safe parking garage and love being right near the beach. The only downside for us was the weather, but there was nothing that host could’ve done to fix that ha ha.

Harold is the BEST host! They have thought of everything for you! Beach supplies, toiletries and kitchen essentials. Great communication. The pictures really don’t do this condo justice! I even slept out on the couch one night listening to the waves. Only bummer was the beach was closed due to contamination from the Tijuana river. Was able to at least enjoy the shoreline for really cool seashells.

The condo is amazing. The views are amazing. The location is beyond ideal. We will definately stay here again. This was our first trip to San Diego and we will be coming back to this location from now on. The room was immaculate, the pool and hot tub were great to use after sight seeing. The local coffee shops and food places are all really great too. The secured parking was a bonus and you cant beat the view! Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

Great location to Coronado Island, Downtown San Diego, Sea Port Village, The Harbor(walking/cruising), Great Water Park, Famous SD Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Old Town SD, Golf Courses, Sports Fishing/Whale Watching World Class Dinning/Eateries, Urban Wineries and Craft Breweries. Sooo much more!

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this property: View View View! open concept kitchen/living room. Resort style direct beach access private outdoor heated shower to rinse sand salt/sand off. Beautiful large center courtyard in complex for afternoon/evenings after beach. It offers the heated pool & Hot tub area plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ area with several gas grills and tables to enjoy your fresh catch or steak. Weather is usually great but this courtyard "Is Vital Insurance" a great backup in case a day is cool or windy on beach. This alone is a major benefit to staying here that should not be overlooked! It has served my family well over the years when we stay at the property.
