Downtown Carrollton home with 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathroom rooms. Convenient to both downtown and everything along I-35. 15 minutes from both airports. House has been fully renovated in 2022 and modernized. Kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you would need to make a meal. Main bedroom features a king bed with work space while other rooms features queen beds. Smart TVS in all bedrooms. Enjoy lounging on our covered patio by the fire-pit in the large treed backyard.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed this home during our stay. Quiet neighborhood, clean, and close to good restaurants. Worked perfectly for my Mother that joined us.

The place was clean and nice. Everything was as advertised. Communication with the owner/agent was fast and accurate. I will be staying there again.

Not the area we expected!

Arriving to the home was very underwhelming as the street it’s on is NOT very nice. All the homes are old, tiny & run down. This home was very clean with some nice renovations, but the structure of the home is NOT sound & honestly it felt like this home could fall apart at any moment!!! The foundation was uneven everywhere & many of the doors would not function correctly because of it!! Also, the foul odor did not go away regardless of the many air fresheners present throughout the home!!! Unfortunately, this would not be a place I would recommend if you are looking for a nice location in Dallas!
