Located directly on the water and with a wonderful view of the Laber Bay. The small, two-storey residence is located just outside the center of the lively port and spa town in an extremely quiet, small cul-de-sac. The bright winter garden is particularly pleasant, where you can spend the cooler days in the countryside. At the end of the shared garden plot, a small footpath leads after a few steps directly to the first small sand and pebble beach (Plage de Groa Rouz). The marina is just a few minutes' walk from the historic town of Roscoff. There is also a lot on offer for your leisure time: in addition to a casino and the thalassotherapy center, there are numerous restaurants and boutiques in the small town. Seafood lovers will get their money's worth in Roscoff, one of the most important crustacean and shellfish ports in France. With a bit of luck you can watch the fishermen unloading lobster, langoustine or king crab. Boats leave from here daily for the car-free island of Batz, which is directly opposite.

Appartement très agreable

Appartement situé à 15min à pied du centre: lumineux, propre et très bien équipé, la veranda est un vrai plus avec la vue directe sur la baie!

Sejour Roscoff

Ville très agréable possibilité de faire beaucoup de chose à pied (boulangerie, course, balade, bateau pour l'ile de Batz) depuis la location. Au niveau hébergement spacieux, lumineux propre tout bon en fait pour deux personnes. Pour les accros pas de wifi donc pas d'internet si ce n'est via la 4G. Un petit conseil visiter batz le tour de l'ile est magnifique (plage de sable blanc rocher....)

Bonne localisation

L'appartement était conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Le seul hic est la communication avec Abritel : pas de coordonnées du propriétaire et ainsi pas connaissance du créneau des heures d'arrivée. Il était seulement indiqué à partir de 16 h. Heureusement la propriétaire était là lors de notre arrivée alors qu'Abritel nous avait indiqué qu'il y avait un gardien, ce qui n'est pas exact.

Séjour très agréable

Nous recommandons ce logement très agréable et propre en rez de jardin, vue sur mer. Très calme, à proximité de la ville. La propriétaire est charmante.
