Waking up next to vineyards? You’ll love it! Grapeseed is an experience like no other in the Texas Hill Country. In the middle of a working ranch with operating vineyards, it is a unique get-away: secluded, peaceful, quiet, and dark. You'll think you can touch the stars on clear nights! The best part? Its only 10 minutes to the center of Fredericksburg and moments to both Luckenbach and the Texas Wine Trail. The location is perfect to savor the beauty of the Texas Wine Country.
The space
Grapeseed is a cozy RV we have updated with special amenities. Guests will enjoy the outdoor setting with games (cornhole, klub, cards...) and Adirondack chairs to view the sunsets or gaze at the stars. The full kitchen includes a propane stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishes. TV with HDMI cable, bluetooth speaker and wifi keep you connected. We provide all linens and starter supplies.

Enjoy private walks around the draw and oak groves. Hunt for fossils or play games in the private space around Grapeseed

Grapeseed has all the comforts you want to unwind and relax. Special touches make it a hideaway that you will want to visit over and over. Quiet little hideaway

Absolutely loved this property and everything this location has to offer, we were secluded but also minutes from town it was pretty amazing no matter the time of day. Cant wait to be back, Lisa was very inviting ans welcoming ☺️ 😊 *keep in mind this is off dirt roads.

We were there for the eclipse, beautiful private and quiet spot with clear bright stars. Fantastic host. The camper is at the end of a very country drive, so i wouldn't want to take a low clearance car back there. 2 miles from Luckenbach, about 10 minutes from Fredericksburg...highly recommend 👌

Unique, quiet getaway

My husband and 12 year old son and I enjoyed our stay here. Lisa, the host, was great at communication, and met us on site to welcome us in. The place was just as described and exactly what we were looking for! She gave us great local recommendations for meals and entertainment, and we enjoyed cornhole and star-gazing while we were there!

Perfectly charming “glamping” spot

The trailer was EXACTLY as described. Beautiful dark skies. Completely quiet “off the grid” vibe!!!!
