Great host and place!

Sam is a wonderful host and his place is immaculate! Very close to Bridge Street and beach. Second year staying at his place and highly recommend!

Christmas break

Sam the host was very communicative and easy to deal with, letting us check in early. Property is as described, very nice and great location. Only comment is the kitchen could do with some more utensils, such as baking / grill trays so you can use the oven, we would definitely stay again.

Good location

This is located central to shops, dinning and beach. Kind of an odd placement as this is in back of other rental units. Once there it turned out to be pretty private considering how tight the buildings are to each other. Everything you need is provided and the unit was clean. The bedroom was pretty small so only access to the bed was from one side. Over all a good place to experience Bradenton Beach.

Awesome stay!

We loved the location of this place! Clean, comfortable and close to beach and Bridge street. We will definately stay here again next time we are on the island!
