Terrible experience
Terrible experience. No communication by host. Supposed check in at 4 didnt happen, house not ready and when we pushed the issue because we had reservations for a show later we were told by 5 then 530 then 6 then when finally in at 630 there was still a cleaning person there and it was still dirty. They stayed another hour cleaning and still werent done and came back the following day. There excuse was there was a group that they couldnt get checked out til later in the day so they couldnt start cleaning however we knew no one was in the house as we looked into coming a day earlier. 4 towels for a cabin that sleeps 24 people. Broken fixtures, dirty rugs, mold in bathrooms, hot tub nasty, the list goes on. Be very careful on the deck as rotten hand rails were extremely loose. Our kids were forbidden to go onto them. Always put on hold or told soneone would call back which never happened. Would not suggest ever dealing with this host or their properties. Told we would recieve a refund but we will see. Lied from the start so im sure that will be a lie to.
