There's so much to love about this classic beach cottage in North Ocean City, where you'll be an easy, half-mile stroll from golden sand and ocean waves.

This three-bedroom home is located in the residential neighborhood of Caine Woods, just six short blocks from the Maryland-Delaware state line. In this part of North Ocean City, you'll be mere blocks from the beach, the bay, great restaurants, mini-golf courses, the Sun & Surf Cinema, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and Delaware's tax-free shopping. Northside Park is only a mile south as well, offering sports fields, piers, a community center, fireworks, and much more.

Walk home from the beach each day to be greeted by a cheerful yellow exterior, an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse away the salt and sand, and a back patio that's perfect for cold drinks and snacks in the afternoons.

Inside, the cottage is bright, beachy, and open. Sit down for a game of chess in the living room, or get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining table. Bring your dessert and coffee into the sunroom at golden hour, and spend the evening streaming movies on one of the home's four smart TVs (in the living room and each bedroom; the bunk room has a DVD player as well). For your convenience, central AC, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi are provided as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
