The holiday home with its own outdoor pool in a quiet, sunny location with panoramic views of the town and the Thuringian Forest. 440 m above sea level, you can spend your holiday in a cozy house with a garden. After a refreshing swim in the pool, the lawn or the seating area are perfect for cozy hours outdoors. If the weather doesn't play along, spend the time in the living room with a fireplace and enjoy the view. The municipality of Nahetal-Waldau in the middle of the Thuringian Forest Nature Park consists of five small towns with a total of around 3,500 inhabitants, one of which is Waldau. There are forest and meadow paths and a cycle path in the immediate vicinity. The Ratscher mountain lake is only 2.5 km away and you can reach the Vessertal, the most beautiful valley in Central Germany, in just a few minutes. Highlights: Energy costs based on consumption Use of the pool from June to August Activities nearby: Waldau is an ideal starting point for hikes. The Vessertal is just around the corner with some beautiful circular hiking trails. The Rennsteig, a hiking trail around 170 kilometers long with various entry points and signposted routes, is around 15 km away. At the nearby Ratscher mountain lake you will find plenty of opportunities for water sports and swimming. The summer toboggan run in Waffenrodt and the adventure playground next to it are a worthwhile destination, especially for families with children. There are also many castles and palaces in the area, as well as museums on various topics. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility The garden is not fenced in.
