The townhouse offers 2-3 bathrooms, 2-3 separate bedrooms (depending on occupancy) and free WiFi throughout the house. Each house has a grill including charcoal. The terraced house offers friends and families an inexpensive alternative to accommodation in the hot spots of Sölden and Obergurgl. The ski equipment for 4 people has enough space in its own ski storage room. Highlights: 1 visit to the sauna per week included Activities nearby: The possibilities for hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, running and climbing are almost unlimited in the Ötztal. Huben is particularly suitable for many sports thanks to the wide, level pool. Children will be enthusiastic about the “Water and Stones” adventure park, the “Ötztaler Funpark” and the many riding stables in the area. Längenfeld also offers a mini golf course and a beautiful swimming pool. The rafting and canyoning tours with a local outdoor provider as well as several via ferratas, optionally with local mountain guides, ensure a lot of action.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation. Like type A and type C, but occupancy 3-4 people.

Het huisje was helemaal prima! Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren met 2 personen en onze 2 labradors. Fijn dat er ook een slaapkamer en badkamer beneden was, zo hoefden wij voor niets naar boven. We konden ook buiten zitten onder een kleine overkapping. Enige minpunt aan het huisje was het uitzicht, je zat tussen de andere huizen in en er was dus geen uitzicht op de prachtige natuur. De omgeving is prachtig! Het plaatsje Huben ligt centraal gelegen in het Otztal zodat je zowel achterin het dal als voor in het dal snel was. We hebben er prachtige wandelingen gemaakt! Zeer zeker een aanrader!

Het huisje ligt in een mooi, rustig dorpje en heeft een super vriendelijke eigenaar. Het huisje is erg ruim, beschikte over keuken met koel/vries combinatie, oven, magenetron, vaatwasser, broosrooster en waterkoker. Ook beschikte het huisje over een houtkachel en is er gratis hout beschikbaar. 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Wij, en de hond hebben erg genoten.

Decent size with facilities as described. Location was ideal for travelling to other areas but close enough to use the free bus service (which was only a very short walk away) Parking was fine A more comfortable settee would hit the 5 star mark

Sehr einfach

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt in Huben etwas enttäuscht. Das Haus ist sehr einfach eingerichtet und nicht gemütlich. Keine Teppiche, Keine dezente Beleuchtung, Keine Tischdecke, Keine Kerzen. Das Sofa ist sehr klein (nur für 2 Personen) und steht lieblos in der Ecke. Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig, auch die Nachbarn hört man. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, draußen in der Sonne zu sitzen. Außerdem war nicht beschrieben, dass die Sauna 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist, Zudem ist diese sehr ungemütlich und dunkel. Wir werden nicht nochmal kommen und das Haus auch nicht empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Die Vermieter waren immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Zusammen mit zwei Jugendlichen hatten wir eine entspannte Zeit, da es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle gibt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den wunderbaren Urlaub.
