Apartment house "Rosi & Lore". In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. Parking on the premises. Shop 550 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Sölden Wildmoos" 94 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Mountain railway 1.2 km, ski lift 1.2 km, slopes 1.2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski bus: from Christmas to around Easter, 4 trips a day to the cable car and back. Note: In both halves of the house, rooms are rented separately on the ground floor, basement and first floor. Aquapark "Freizeitarena Ötztal". Tennis, 9-hole golf course in Mieming 60 km. Ride. Fishing. Summer skiing in Retten/Tiefenbach glacier 14 km. paragliding. Hiking trails, mountain hikes, climbing. Bike paths, mountain bike routes. Ötztal fun park.

WC. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The apartment does not have a door leading to the stairs. The separate toilet on the 1st floor is shared with another tenant. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
