worst vrbo ever. the location is awful and vwry scary. it seemed that there were drug deals going on in the parking lot. the place was not what was portrayed in the advertisement. the bed looked and seemed like someone was just sleeping in it. the shower had mildew and the walls had huge cracks. the whole place was run down and misleading. false advertising and very poor management. we did not stay there we left and had to check into a hotel and we lossed out on our money after complaining. they would not work with us. it was super sad. i called management right away to complain and never had any help. very disappointed and very sad. our getaway weekend was ruined because we had to pay so much for a last minute hotel room.

Great location but needs remodeling work

The location is great within walking distance of Heavenly. Great ambience outside and nice bbq are. The unit needs some remodeling work. No a/c, blinds are broken, and ceiling fan creaks at night. Is very bright at night - had to buy eye mask to sleep.

Disappointing, would not recommend

To begin with, requested early check-in when booked reservation, this request was not honored, resulting in having to wait 6 hours to check in after Red eye flight from east coast. While the property is located near lake it is tucked away at a dead end behind another property that is run down and has a bit of an unsafe feeling. The room is significantly smaller than portrayed in photos in listing. It is clear a very wide angle lens was used to take the shots. Lastly, and probably most important is the room temperature. While I understood the room had no air condition, I did not expect that the very large heating unit would continue to emit heat even when turned off. The only way to cool the room is to open the main window that looks out into the parking lot and doors of other units, and the 2 small windows in the bathroom and kitchen. But this is not very effective and opening the door is required to get any air flow. As I said before the location does not evoke the highest feeling of safety. Even so and with the ceiling fan, the lowest temperature the room reached during the day was 80 degrees which posed a problem when getting ready for an afternoon wedding. There is no local property manager. Any issues or questions are dealt with through a customer service number and the person that answers has no way of addressing your actual issue.

Good price point!

Good for the price and location. We thought kitchenette meant a stove but unfortunately there was only a microwave…. Clean room close to all activities of heavenly!!
