If it's time for a little adventure in the great outdoors, this wonderful, two-story condo on Lake Tahoe puts you close to all the action! Inside this delightful, tastefully-decorated getaway, you'll find a well-equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a rustic dining table with seating for four for meals or game nights, and a cozy living area with a plush sofa, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with streaming services (bring your own account info), and a warming gas stove. Up the stairs, there's a desk and chair if you need to set things up for some remote work or schooling. And outside, pull up a chair and enjoy the view of the distant peaks off your furnished deck. Guests will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including shared pools, hot tubs, and a fitness room.

This property is located on Lake Tahoe with a private beach for guests, so don't hesitate to pack your best swimming suits and flip flops! Check out the many local shops, restaurants, and boutiques in town, or just indulge in days at the lake by walking the sandy shore or renting a kayak, paddleboard, or boat to get out on the water. Come winter, the fresh powder will be calling your name, so make your way over to Heavenly Mountain Resort to show off your skills, just two miles from your door. And for additional warm weather activities, hike the many nearby trails of the Tahoe Rim Trail Association: Van Sickle State Park Trailhead, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, and Lam Watah Nature Trail to Nevada Beach.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only.

Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation.


Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
