1-2(max)…smaller dogs (under 20 pounds ea) are ok. We do need to know about your dogs….1 or 2, breed, size, sex, fixed, current shots, etc

PLEASE NOTE: for stays longer than 3-weeks, we have an additional $100 cleaning fee schedule.

My background is one in real estate development and management of all types, for over 40 years. We have built dozens of homes, and renovated many dozens more, including this property.

In addition to our Grapevine Bungalow, we have 7…..and soon to be 9 additional properties in the stockyards section of Fort Worth.

We are always available and within reach, and in fact, I live 20 minutes nearby. So we are very responsive to our guests needs!

Why they chose this property

We are uniquely and conveniently located very close to DFW airport, and a half mile stroll down to the historic N. Main St., District of Grapevine, we’re all elite, cool wineries, restaurants and entertainment venues are. We are also a three minute drive from Gaylord Texan, and great Wolf Lodge and hotel complexes. As well as the waterpark.

So everything is a quick shot from our location !
