Excellent location - only 1.5 mile from the ‘The Strip' , walking distance to the Movie Theater, Shopping mall, Miniature golf and many Cafes/restaurants. Everything you need is nearby and at the same time you are away in a very private setting

Entertainment Home is appx 4,000sqf and sits on 2 Acres with large backyard, ( pets allowed 2 pets max $100 pets fee ) Hot Tub, grill, fire pit and large deck with outside seating area. 3 car fully covered garage and plenty an additional parking on private driveway.

Living room has a beautiful open floor plan with open kitchen. Dining room are has two tables . Kitchen has large island with bar stool. Area is perfect for large groups to gather and hang out.

The driveway was STEEP but being able to park in the garage definitely made up for it! The main floor was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was nice to have a central jumping point for our activities on our family vacation.

Great Weekend Stay!

Everything was awesome with this property, the house was clean, stocked kitchen so we were able to cook breakfast and a couple meals there without having to worry about finding a pot or pan. The hot tub was super clean and worked easily following the instructions. The area was excellent placement just a few minutes from anything we wanted to do. We will for sure be staying again and would recommend this property to everyone!

Excellent Place

My family and I stayed in this house and it was exactly as described and pictured. It was very spacious and clean. Only problem we had the first night was the water wasn't getting hot but after contacting the owner he sent someone right out and they fixed it. Would most definitely stay here again 😊

Location. Location. Location. Value for money. Amenities galore. Comfortable beds -- and given that kids fell asleep on couches and floor every night we could have slept a full platoon. Plus did I say "hot tub"? Thanks for making the holidays special!!

Fun Family Vacation

Beautiful home with plenty of room for multiple family members to relax and enjoy. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool table and air hockey and foosball. Fun family memories playing board games and working on a difficult jigsaw puzzle! We even enjoyed playing the cornhole game that was found in the garage. The use of the garage was absolutely wonderful due to a couple of rainy days (and to avoid the walk from the driveway to the front door). Only minor issue was figuring out the TV remotes, but we got it eventually! Location was wonderful and close enough to fun Branson activities without being in a high traffic area. Overall a wonderful stay and great communication with the owner. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great for Large group

Great amenities for the kids and plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. We were visiting for a week of softball tournaments for nationals. Driveway is EXTRA steep so glad we weren't staying in the winter. The house could have been cleaner when we arrived, floors need a good once over with mopping and they said the carpets were cleaned that day but when we dropped something under a bed in the basement it looked like a vacuum hadn’t even been run under the bed in some time let alone carpet cleaner. I wouldn’t say this is the fault of the owner but maybe reconsider the housecleaners hired. Another thing in the basement main living area there are exposed tack strips so couldn't walk around barefoot, a few of our guest got stabbed in the foot, the strips are hidden by carpet where there is transition of carpet to plank flooring. Overall was sufficient for our needs, price could have been cheaper considering the cleaniness and all.

The rental that doesn’t have a lock on the back door!

The check in process and location were great. The rental is in a nice location easy to get to anywhere you might be going. The rental was large and would accommodate a big group easily! The back door Does Not Lock!! It looks like someone broke in and busted the lock, and it cannot be locked. We had to move the couch in front of those doors at night and sleep with the bedroom doors locked and a weapon by our bed to feel safe. Even then it was dangerous. No rental should have doors that you cannot secure. I emailed, called, and texted the owner with No response!!!!!! When we moved the light deteriorating sofa in front of the door , there was food and a sock u see it. The owner should really get a new housekeeper! There was a cookie behind a nightstand in one of the bedrooms. The cleanliness was poor. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The furniture in the living room was really worn out. This could be a lovely stay with a good housekeeper and updated living room furniture. The lock on the back door Must be fixed! You should never rent this out until it is. It is Not safe in this condition. We were a group of ladies and it was wrong that this happened to us!

Branson Family vacation

We had a family of 15 staying and there was room for more. Home was very nice. Elena was very responsive and very nice to work with. Home was relatively centralized and a very short drive. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We cooked every evening and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Branson Views

We encountered a number of issues during our recent stay. Upon arrival the house was stifling, the thermostat was set at 85. It would seem that if it were known that guests were arriving that afternoon that the thermostat would have been turned down to a more comfortable temperature. It took several hours to cool down the house to be fairly comfortable. There were also issues with cleanliness - the sink was dirty, the floors sticky and the downstairs carpet stained. In addition, the downstairs plumbing had drainage problems - both the sinks and the shower were very slow to drain. The basement level also seemed to have a bug problems. There were spiders and one family member found a centipede in his towel. The house was also inadequately stocked with toilet paper, dishwasher pods, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The coffeemaker was broken so bought a new one and donated it. The hot tub water was stinky and cloudy. The odor stuck to your skin and clothing. The house was of adequate size and the family enjoyed the gathering area and the game tables.

Family vacation

We had 20 of us ranging in age from 6-74. The house was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of the house is perfect-so much to do within a 15-20 minute drive. I didn’t think we had enough bath towels when we checked in but I messaged the host, she said they would bring them the next morning, but someone actually dropped them off about an hour after I sent the message so I was more than happy with their response time. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Branson.

Great trip to Branson!

This house had plenty of room for the whole family! It was perfect for a trip with multiple adult family members to have their own spaces, plus plenty of futons if we would have had younger kids with us too. Access was easy and the location was close to restaurants and other attractions.

Remembering Mom

We lost our Mom a year ago, we rented this beautiful house as a family to celebrate her life and love of Branson. It was beautiful inside and out and very convenient for anything you may want to do. We will stay again
