While it's an excellent space for family and friends to gather, please note that it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and groups violating these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
