The 1.5 acre property offers breathtaking views of the Sonoma Mountains. Enjoy the gorgeous sunrises through the canopy of trees. With an open layout, sweeping views, and natural building materials, this modern country estate has all the comforts of indoor living, yet constantly invites the outdoors, in - Set in the midst of trees, apple orchards, farmland, vineyards, and tasting rooms. This beautifully remodeled, mid-century modern home has 5 bedrooms and 14 beds. Relax on the redwood deck or soak in the hot tub after a fun filled day. Enjoy each others company in the spacious living and dining areas which can seat up to. This summer, our organic, you-pick vegetable garden will be bountiful and ready for harvest! You're welcome to enjoy any vegetables to compliment your meal or hire our private chef who can give you the ultimate Farm-to-Table experience. There are also 8 bicycles provided for your enjoyment, complimentary. The bike path to downtown is just minutes from the house and is a scenic 10 minute ride to The Barlow. We recently added a Horseshoe Pit and platform with Cornhole boards. Also included with property are nature Bocce, Giant Jenga, Wiffle ball with bases and rafts and tubes for the River. Although you may never want to leave the tranquility of the property, there is a dizzying amount of adventures to be had in town and nearby areas. With over 20 Wineries and Tasting rooms within 5 miles, you can experience Sonoma County's world-famous wine culture. There are several state and regional parks within a short distance from the property, and a beautiful river wanders below through vineyards. Take a beautiful drive to neighboring Tomales Bay and feast on the oysters plucked from its waters, before heading to beach trails of the Pacific Coast. Sebastopol is a small town set in the Russian River Valley with a thriving food and wine culture. You can experience the best artisans of food and beverages at the nearby Barlow- home to Taylor Maid Coffee, Woodfour Brewery, Zazu Restaurant and Farm, and Hopmonk Tavern plus many more local businesses revered throughout Sonoma County. 1) Master Suite - One King bed and Two Double beds with walk-in closet and private bathroom 2) Junior Master - Two Queen beds with walk-in closet 3) Oak Room - Two Queen beds 4) Garden Room - One Queen bed 5) The Bunk Room - Two Queen beds and two sets of bunk beds (6 total beds in this room) Parties and large events are not allowed Entire house and 1.5 acres. Three night minimum over the weekends during Spring (March and April, two night minimum during the week) Four night minimum during Summer and Fall weekends (May to October, Two night minimum during the week). Four night min over Festival weekends. Five night minimum over Thanksgiving, Christmas. We may accept less than our nightly minimum if property is open less than 30 days in advance. Note we provide as many beds as people, 8 beds for 8 people, 14 beds for 14 people etc
