Lovely new interior!

4stars for exterior not being as nice as interior. Torn pool/patio screens in two places. Yard needs leaf clean up. A grill would have been a nice addition. Pool too cold to swim in Feb but should be nice in spring and summer. Interior was new and very enjoyable. Super comfortable beds, nicely designed layout and furniture. Wonderful public community center just down the street, walking distance, a great bonus! We used the beautiful pool and tennis courts for $6 admission fee. Another center on east side will be opening soon with water slides (not heated in winter). House is close to several beaches and restaurants.

Not what I paid for

I’ve never written a bad review until now. House is beautiful on inside, however there about 3 wks of trash piled up against side of house. Backyard was very unkempt, some might be due to hurricane Ian. Pool was freezing—that’s my fault. I failed to ask if it was heated., which it is not. House is advertised as handicap accessible, which it does have a ramp & safety bars in bathrooms. But it would’ve impossible for my friend to shower. He requires a shower chair, there was no room for it. I did talk to property mgmt, was told someone would come take care of trash & backyard- never happened. We ended up leaving 4 days early. Again house is beautiful on inside, but outside not so much.

Beautiful home

Beautiful clean home with plenty of space, and everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We loved the pool, just wish there was a pool late for when it starts to get dark. Overall, great place and will stay there again in the future

Scammers! Don’t waste your money !

Why wasn’t my first review posted ? Anyway don’t get fooled by the pictures especially of the yard and pool ! I personally look for a house with a pool because I want to enjoy the backyard and the pool ! This property is disgusting! The bottom of the pool was yellow , the yard hasn’t been maintained in years ! It’s gross and dirty and the chairs are stained! No backyard lights so once it’s dark you can’t even see the pool ! I wish I can show you pictures of what it really looks like ! Also garbage bins were full and it smelled ! The laundry machine is in the garage and the light there was flickering and it was dark so the only way you can do laundry is in the dark ! Needless to say fake fire detectors , house is not registered with the city as a rental so nothing is maintained or up to code ! Dirty towels inside ! We contacted the rental company the first day and send them pictures of what it really looks like ! They agreed with us but still didn’t offer solution except to send someone to vacuum the pool ! Which should have been done before we get there ! They said not much they can do about the rest . But will absolutely not refund you your money ! We booked a hotel and left that disgusting place and guess what still won’t give us the 3600$ back ! Literally we had to get a hotel last minute and pay for it ! It’s not like we stayed at the house and asked for our money back ! They are scammers that don’t care about you enjoying your stay but just care about the money !
