Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.

If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, keep in mind that we will charge you $250

Please note that this unit can only be accessed by registered users at the time of booking, no visitors are allowed.

Occasionally the building staff has scheduled maintenance work, we would be very grateful if you could allow access to the building during your stay.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.
