We love history, and loved traveling to historical places. After retiring, and not traveling as much, we decided to have the travellers come to us. So when we had the opportunity to purchase a building from 1864, we did it. The building had no plumbing, and no windows, so we had a project on our hands. After 3 years, we had rooms with modern conveniences to rent. We really enjoy hearing where guests are coming from and going to, and sharing experiences.
