Located just off Horseshoe bend, putting you just minutes by land OR water to all the lakes most popular spots!
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar that sits up to 6 people and is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals for the whole family. Also enjoy use of the formal dining room table that seats 8!
Living Room
The living room features a gorgeous brick fireplace, vaulted ceilings, theater style power reclining furniture, and a beautiful wall of windows overlooking the lake. There is also a queen-sized Murphy Bed underneath the stairs, and two queen sized air mattresses located in the laundry room.
Master Suite
The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, large dresser, nightstands, closet, and private balcony overlooking the lake. The master bathroom features a stand-alone soaking tub, double vanity sinks with granite countertops, and a tile walk in shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed, and another twin bed on the opposite side of the room, plus a dresser and closet for storage! This room is perfect for the kiddos.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, and nightstands.
Bathroom 2
The second full bathroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in tile shower.
The third bedroom is a half bath and is located just off the kitchen on the lower level.
Outside
Enjoy two large balconies overlooking the lake. The upper deck has a large patio table with umbrella, lounge chairs and a gas BBQ grill. The lower balcony also has seating and lounge chairs. Out front you will find enough parking for 4 cars, and a boat trailer. Enjoy access to a private dock with 10x24 boat slip, lily pad, kayaks, and large swim step!

Just a very short drive to many lakeside bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H-Toads, Camden on the Lake, Dockknockers, Neon Taco, Tucker Shuckers, and the Bagnall Dam Strip. Plus, travel just minutes by water to Frankie & Louie’s!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

Please do not park in front of the neighbors house. Only park in front of the home and beside the railroad ties.
No pets.
No smoking, parties, or loud music after 11:00pm.
Please clean out food from fridge.
Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the house.
Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher.
Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.
