Loto Breeze - Lakefront house in protected cove!

This is a charming lakefront house in a protected cove on Lake of the Ozarks! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house is the complete package for lake-goers. On the main level you will love the open floor plan made up of 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with double bunk beds, 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room & the kitchen that overlooks the lake so you don't miss a thing! The back deck is just ideal with part of it screened in, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table. The lower level can be accessed separately and boasts a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom that walk out to the back patio and just six steps down to the dock. Enjoy all of the outdoor amenities including a covered private dock with a 12' x 32' boat slip and an uncovered PWC (easy on) floating lift. This house is located in Sunrise Beach very near Paradise Tropical Restaurant and Bar, Franky and Louie's Beach Front Bar and Grill and Captain Ron's Bar and Grill (Home of the Shootout). You can always book with confidence with Four Seasons Property Management!

Please note: The 3rd bedroom can only be accessed through the exterior lower level. This house is monitored by external cameras. There is parking for approximately 2-3 cars (they must fit in front of the house). You can't get a boat trailer to the house. The road to the house is a narrow gravel lake road. There is a ramp and trailer parking (small fee for each) about 2 miles from the house.

quick family trip

place was smaller then i imagined , screened in porch was nice dock was nice , but its crowded back there , place was clean ... the tics were horrible , i guess that could be expected, but we never left the path. its a nice place but far from everything.

Once a year we get to escape the crazy life with children and take an adult weekend trip to the ozarks with our adult friends! This house was in a good location to easily access fun places on the lake, we had room space to comfortably stay, some floaties were left on the dock so we could have used those but we brought our own just to float the cove. The docks are close together as the house was quite a ways back in the cove. And it does require driving on a little bit of gravel to get to the house but that didn’t bother us at all.

Great overall stay for a golfing weekend with the guys. Screened in porch is awesome and outside sleeping area was perfect for us. Everything we expected and what we wanted. The water access and view of the Lake is very limited, but we spent very little taking in either. We would stay in this location again for a golfing weekend.

Quiet & Simple (what we wanted)

We had been planning a girls trip for months and finally found a quiet and simple place to stay. The check in process was super easy and they had almost everything we needed. We forgot salt and pepper for some food but they had some in the cabinet. Super helpful on small things such as!

weekend getaway

The location on the lake was great. we enjoyed having the availability of the dock for rentals that we used for the weekend. The outdoor dining area is very nice as well. There was a grill available. The wifi worked spendidly and we have a lot of people on devices. The bedrooms worked well for our family. 2 out of the 3 bathrooms were small. We would rent this unit again. The management was very responsive when we had a question on our arrival.

It was good until…

This one neighbor complained about every slightest noise. Even us talking on the porch. I will never come back here and no one else should either. I came here to enjoy my time from constant on the go life. You won’t get that here. You have to walk on eggshells around here or this one neighbor will complain.

we had a great time ....the people we very easy to work with....the house is good but a few notes ....the railing going to the dock is rotten and needs some boards replaced.....the bathroom in the basement is very small, there is no way to get to the basement unless you go outside down the patio so who is ever staying in basement is separated from the rest of house ...now this could b a good or bad ....as far as beds go there is only one queen the rest are bunk beds or futons ...so if more than one couple is in your group not going to work.....it worked for us we only had one couple ....this is not a bad thing against house it just needs to be realized and to b far i may have over looked .....all and alll great people to work with, clean , well stocked amd the dock was great ....
