About this property

Fantastic Schleiblick in a quiet location

This approx. 80 sqm roof-top house stands on an approx. 400 sqm plot with a fenced garden and semi-covered terrace facing south. Here you can retreat from too much sun, but you can also enjoy the good mud air when it rains.
KIEK UT is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac and promises quiet living.
Due to extensive renovations at the end of 2014, the KIEK UT got floor-to-ceiling windows; the view of the loop is "breathtaking".
Directly from the bedroom you have the opportunity to use the spacious balcony.
From all floors of the 3-storey house you have a wonderful panoramic view of the loop and the small marina. There is also a bathing ladder for a refreshing dip in the clean Schlei water; always under surveillance from your vacation home.
Stexwig is located between Schleswig and Eckernförde and is an ideal starting point for explorations of all kinds. Haithabu shows how the Vikings used to live (20 minutes away), Schleswig with the fishing settlement and the cathedral is recommended, a stroll in Eckernförde on the beautiful harbor promenade should also be, the old Rumstadt Flensburg is also worth a day trip .... .and and and! Sufficient information material is available.
Cyclists will also get their money's worth in Stexwig, because the Baltic Sea cycle path leads through Stexwig. Two beautiful 18-hole golf courses are waiting for you. One approx. 3 km away, the other approx. 15 km away.
You can reach the Baltic Sea in about 20 minutes, and the North Sea in about 1 hour. What would definitely be recommended: a mudflat hike. Take fresh North Sea crabs with you and enjoy the evening meal on your terrace or on the footbridge right by the water. A little wine, the evening sun ... is there anything better?

Die Unterkunft ist für eine kleine Familie ideal, für ältere Personen bezüglich der steilen Treppe ein kleines Problem. Die Toilette ist im Erdgeschoß und das Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock.Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig und gemütlich. Das Bad wird in Kürze renoviert dann passt es wieder.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.Der kleine eingezäunte Garten ist super mit Hund. Es gab auch eine schöne Badestelle und Gassirunde in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ein schönes Haus mit Blick auf die Schlei mit genügend Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie mit Hund. Besonders toll fanden wir den kleinen Sandstrand mit großem Spielplatz, in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war es genau das Richtige!

Das Haus entspricht genau den Beschreibungen. Die Aussicht ist grandios, der Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf die Schlei ebenso. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass der Urlaub mit Hund absolut entspannt ist. Ich bin ein Fan von Tagesausflügen, auch hier liegt das Haus toll: 10 Minuten bis nach Schleswig, 15 Minuten bis Eckernförde, je etwa eine Stunde nach Kiel, Plön oder Sankt Peter Ording. Supermärkte und Drogerie sind im nächsten Dorf vorhanden, Restaurants in großer Anzahl im Umkreis von 15 Minuten.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief super, Fragen wurden sehr zeitnah und freundlich beantwortet. Danke für die schöne und entspannende Woche!

Ruhe vom Großstadtdschungel

Wir haben uns bewusst für eine abgelegnes Domizil entschieden . Hier waren wir goldrichtig mit traumhaften Blick über die Schlei und ruhiger Lage in der Natur. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, die Einrichtung auf einem guten aktuellen Stand. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt, nachdem wir ca. Fünf Minuten Autofahrt entfernt die örtlichen Supermärkte aufgesucht haben.

Toller Ausblick auf die Schlei

Das Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Schlei. Auch nach Eckernförde zur Ostsee ist es nicht weit. Fußläufig ist eine tolle Badestelle mit Spielplatz und Toilettenhaus erreichbar.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ruhig und erholsam, wie geplant, die Lage ist sehr schön und viele schöne Ausflugsziele wie Kappeln und Schleswig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und der Ausblick auf die Schlei traumhaft.

Eigentlich nette Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit hochwertigen Geräten und Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet. Leider haben wir keine Einweisung erhalten und es waren auch keine Bedienungsanleitungen zu finden. Also learning by doing. Auch für die Mülltrennung keine Einweisung, keine Anleitung auf Papier, Mülltonnen selbst gesucht (standen nicht alle am Grundstück). Sonst ist alles, was man benötigt und noch mehr, vorhanden. Es haben sich aber über die Zeit viele „Stehrumchen“ und auch Utensilien angesammelt, die keiner braucht und die entsorgt werden könnten. Es sah aber noch nicht unordentlich aus. Auf der Terrasse standen zwei nicht gereinigte Grills mit abgebrannter Grillkohle und Ziegarettenkippen im Wasser. Einen Besen haben wir nicht gefunden. Aber einen Staubsauger in einer recht wilden Abstellkammer. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft aber liebevoll eingerichtet und auch sauber. Die Aussicht ist klasse. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Alles bestens!

Ich war mit meinem 14jährigen Sohn und unserem Hund für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit direktem Blick auf die Schley. Sehr erholsam. Ausstattung ebenfalls mit allem, was benötigt wird. Aber vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Hund ist die bestens geeignet. Der Garten ist ausbruchsicher für kleine und große Hunde eingezäunt und durch eine hohe Hecke kaum einsehbar. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein und in 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Hundestrand von Eckernförde, der ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ist.

angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Blick aus dem ersten Stock auf die Schlei ist wirklich traumhaft ... leider hat der damalige Architekt den Balkon auf die Rückseite des Hauses gesetzt, so dass man von dort "nur" auf den Garten schauen kann. Bei uns war das Wetter durchwachsen und daher das Haus angenehm kühl, im Sommer könnte es aber durch die große Dachfläche innen wohl sehr warm werden (vor allem in den oberen Schlafzimmern). Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr praktisch eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Vielleicht nicht ganz so liebevoll dekoriert wie manch andere Ferienwohnung.

Schöner Aufenthalt an der Schlei

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem netten, sehr gut ausgestatteten und gemütlichen Häuschen mit schönem Blick auf die Schlei. Der Besitzer ist sehr hundefreundlich. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants gibt es im nahegelegenen Fahrdorf. Ausflugs-, Wander-, und Spaziergehmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche.

Wunderbarer Blick auf die Schlei

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Und der Blick auf die Schlei aus dem superbequemen Sofa auf die Schlei ist einmalig. Für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, ist diese Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für die allerlei Freizeitaktivitäten wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf die Schlei

In diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick auf die Schlei kann man seinen Urlaub richtig geniessen. Kinder und auch Hunde sind dort willkommene Gäste. Der nicht weit entfernte Zugang zur schlei lässt sich zum Standup paddeln wunderbar nutzen. Auch ein Badestrand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten dort auf alle Fälle einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt

Urlaub an der Schlei

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Haus, der Gegend sowie der Ausblick auf die Schlei. Der Weg zur Ost-und Nordsee war schnell zu erreichen.Im Ganzen hat es uns dort sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen diesen Platz gern weiter.

Ein Reinfall

Aussicht war schön, aber es gab keinen Grundriss in der Beschreibung, die auf wesentliche Punkte nicht eingegangen ist... Wohnzimmer in der 1. Etage, Schlafzimmer auch, Badezimmer UNTEN! Was für eine Aufteilung! Toilette außen stark verschmutzt!! Treppen waren steil wie Leitern! Für Mensch und Hund gefährlich. Darauf hätte man hinweisen müssen! Das 'Sofa' war unglaublich bretthart und unbequem. Der Ort besteht nur aus Häusern, keine Läden oder Gastronomie weit und breit. Aus der Beschreibung ging das alles nicht hervor, sonst hätten wir das niemals gebucht. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, weil das nicht auszuhalten war
