Wer keine Rückenproblene mit durchgelegen Matratzen hat ist hier bestens aufgehoben.... Alles andere war perfekt 👌 sogar das Wetter 🙂

Gute Lage, tolle sonnige Dachterrasse

Insgesamt eine gute Wohnung. Positiv: große Wohnung, tolle Dachterrasse, gute Betten, freundliche professionelle Abwicklung Negativ: hellhörig (fällt erst auf, wenn die Nachbarswohnung belegt ist); Geräusch- und Geruchsentwicklung im Abflusssystem (spült der Nachbar, gluckert es in der Dusche); teilweise (nichr zum Rest passebde) billigste Ausstattung (z B. Besteck, Kochutensilien, Kaffemaschine) Schade, dass auf dem Nachbargrundstück durchgegend gebaut wurde. Dennoch haben wir uns gut erholt.
