The holiday home Strandräuber offers plenty of space on 150 m² for your comfortable family holiday on the Baltic Sea! Surrounded by an idyllic garden, you can relax and unwind on the sunny terrace of the detached house.

Only 350 meters from the beach is this holiday home and the Timmendorfer village center is within walking distance within 10 minutes. Despite the central location, you can relax here undisturbed, because the house is located in a very quiet side street.

The large living room has a cozy sofa and a large dining area. From here you have access to the terrace, which faces south-west. Through the hedges and shrubs in the garden, the terrace is barely visible.
From the living and dining room you reach the hallway into the bright and spacious kitchen, which impresses with plenty of work space and new, high-quality kitchen appliances. Also on the ground floor is a separate TV and children's playroom and a shower room.
On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms and another shower room. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 width) and a cozy sitting area. You also have access to the balcony, which allows you to wake up with the morning sun thanks to the eastern orientation. The second bedroom is ideal with the two single beds (each 0.90 width) as a nursery. Plenty of storage space for your luggage can be found in the slope, which is cleverly separated by a curtain.
The third bedroom is located in the basement of the house and was also equipped with a box spring (1.80 width). Right next to it you will find the spacious spa bathroom with a large corner bath and a shower, which completes this secluded holiday home.

A large Smart TV with DVD player and cable receiver in the living room invites you to cuddly movie evenings. The two large bedrooms are equipped with more flat screen TVs. A music system with radio, CD and AUX connection is also part of the entertainment package. The house also has free Wi-Fi access.
